Vulcan and Flamethrower
Go into the options menu at the title screen and find cheats. Then type "5FINGERDISCOUNT"
Scepter and mini-rockets
Enter "10E6CUSTOMER" as a case sensitive code. Note: The second character in the code is the number zero, and the tenth character in the code is a capital letter "O".
