Level Select
Simply beat the game once on any difficulty to unlock the level select for all difficulties.
Cheat mode (demo version)
Type "Gwb" (without the quotes) during gameplay or at a menu to enable cheat mode. Then, hold [Ctrl] while entering one of the codes:
Wmd - All weapons
Bali - All levels
Terror - God mode
Jihad - Unlimited ammunition
