Cheat mode
hold Square and press Up, Circle, Down, Circle, Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle at the options screen. A window called "Secret" should appear at the bottom of the options screen if entered properly. Next, go to single player mode and enter "NORTHEND" as your name. This will unlock all courses, cars, and the ice cream van and cow catcher (UFO).
Better Engines
Complete the time Attack Mode to unlock a better engine
