Level select
Play through the game normally until completing Subway A1. Return to the main menu and press Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Left, Down, Circle.
Invincibility
Pause the game and press L1(2), L2(2), R1(2), R2(2). Note: This code may need to be re-enabled after an auto-save.
All weapons and full ammunition
Pause the game and press L1, L2, R1, R2, Triangle, Circle, X, Square.
Infinite ammunition
Pause the game and press L1, L2, R1, R2, Triangle, Square, X, Circle.
8 Pain Killer Pills
Pause the game and press L1, L2, R2, R1, Triangle, Circle, X, Square.
Additional difficulty settings
Successfully complete the game on the "Fugitive" difficulty setting to unlock the "Dead On Arrival" and "The New York Minute" difficulty settings.
