Definitely for mature audiences.Use expansion pack to take advantage of superior graphics. The alien creatures are impressive and are enhanced with the expansion pack. The controls took some time to get use to but Duke can move. The level of play is harder than most other games and the save points are far between.Once you complete a level though you can go back and replay any level you want because they are all saved as episodes and you can review them all from just one load/save slot. You can also save the secret levels and play then anytime you want, you don't have to complete them in order.Weapons are really neat, and remember the sniper rifle is your friend, you're going to need it.Make absolutely sure that you go to the training range before you start or you will be in for a rude awakening gas attack plus you pick up some powerful hardware at the beginning. You also need to keep certain inventory items at the ready. The only problem encountered is that sometime encountering the octobrains, old Duke term, underwater and clobbering them, you get kicked out of the game to the continue or restart level screen.

ok, some will whine about "cussing and sex and violence don't make games great! gameplay does!" well this is not the case in this game. nintendo already humiliated duke ,insulted old fans while fooling new ones with Duke Nukem 64. cutting out crude REAL cussing from duke(this means he says words you can't say on TV or nintendo games kids) the fun nudety made the game look and feel kinda boring. this is what happens with this game. duke says stuff like "time to kick some butt" trying to fool people thinking"whoa thats a extreme comment coming from a video game!", hey duke used to say stuff that would make your mother's ears bleed. and the violence. time to kill for playstation had goofy loads and loads of gore while this has little blood stains and you can't shoot other humans. no strippers, no we just get women in underware making kids think "whao, what a sexed up game, i have to hide it from mom!". hey there used to be full nudity in duke games. and a major downer is that you can't shoot the strippers either. with all this in mind its kinda hard to enjoy this sanitised version of duke cause you know some parts could have been much more better. the games controls are a insult too. the levels and everything just wasent instresting. getting over the wussyization of one of the most evil heroes in video game history is just hard. this game was a miserable experiance.
Duke gives Bond a run for the crown!

This is the kind of game that you will spend an hour on a stage... Die, then start that stage again and again without even pegging the controller across the room. It is the most fun I've had since I first got Goldeneye. It grabs you're attention from the first scene and it never lets go. Duke is more angry than ever and he has some of the funniest one liners ever. The action is tough and always fun and the storyline is clever. Play it for yourself.

First of all I would like to say this game was the bomb deggety. The levels are awesome and challanging like on one you have to locate night vision to be able to kill your opponent. The game has a great variety of weapons including a .50 calibur sniper rifle which you can zoom x2, x4, and x8 to take out your enemy with one shot.....VERY COOL. This game is great to play with your friends because it has many different levels and you can also play on teams.

Duke Nukem: Zero Hour is definitely one of the best games ever played on N64. It has it all, changing scenery, complex and challenging levels, destructive weapons, and a unique story.

This was an awsome game only if the levels were a little bit easier. I hate it when your about to bet the level and boom you get shoot from behind and die and have to start the level all over. Other then that the graphics are great, weapons are extreme, and it has the best view they could have picked. I would rent the game before I bought it to decide if I like it or not. But if you like action games this is a keeper.

I think this game was WAY TOO HARD! I really hated that if you died, you would have to start at the first part of the level again, and not have it saved! The graphics were great, and the stuff in the game was really funny sometimes. This game was just confusing in some parts! I would have to say this game was just one of the games on my "Bad-Game List".

Duke Nukem: Zero Hour rocks!!! It has everything an excellent game needs! Huge guns, challenging levels, women, and a lot of levels! It's awesome, it even takes you to certain historical events. I got to kill Jack the Ripper. If you love shooting games and challenging gameplay than this is the perfect game. Even after you beat it you keep playing. Also an excellent multiplayer game. The best since Goldeneye's multiplayer. Also Duke's quotes are hilarious and and the posters you see as you're walking around the levels are classic. An awsome variety of aliens to kill so you're not killing the same thing repeatedly! This game proves that Nintendo is shedding it's "family" image and leaving the Dukester nearly uncensored! HAIL TO THE KING BABY!!!!
Better then Duke Nukem 64..

How much better is Duke Nukem: Zero Hour, then Duke Nukem 64? It's better in every since of the word. This one is a 3rd person veiw. And, the graphic's are So, much better! No more choppy carb board Foe's. The weapon's are Awesome too! From a gun that shoot's thing's that bounces all through the area's, To a Volt cannon that you don't want to use under-water. In the game you through all kind's of Time Era's, too. The Multi-player mode is lacking though.
