This game is a classic that brings back memories to my brother and me and our two friends. We used to play it all the time in our summers. We would rent it every chance we got. Then I bought a gamecube and so did our friends and we never bought it. I am here about to buy it because because we all miss it very much. This game has great graphics, great music, great cars, great courses, and great control!! Buy it now! Any kid loves it!! Its fun to crash into cars on the road too!

This is one of my favorite games. I have owned Cruis'n World for about three years now and I continue to play it religiously. It is great fun. You are able to compete on several differnt difficulty levels and perform awesome tricks and flips. Not to mention if you get enough points you can get power ups and paint jobs! Great game, I would reccomend it to anyone who likes car racing games.

Unfortunately for Nintendo, and a lot of video games in the industry, they fail to really reach the next chapter of gamers in the industry, when it comes to racing games. I often find it to be a mental block of shame. However, there are some racing games that do fit the bill with a lot of extras. With The Crus'n series for Nintendo 64, it failed the first time, crossing the U.S.A. Thankfully, the sequel was able to make the engines roar just a tad bit harder, and a little more exciting.
With Crus'n World, released in late 1998, it contains a start of 12 cars battaling through 14 outrageous courses, from England, all the way to Hawaii. That is not all, there is even more at stake when it comes to these rolls. There is also championship mode, where you can try to earn points for faster speed in the automobiles, a very special Speed Demon, and custom packaging with color designs. But it doesn't stop there. There is as usual Crus'n mode, where you can access some of the greatest courses ever, including a special course that sets you on the Moon. There is also the unbelieveable, practice mode, where you can try maxing out the time of the certain time, and gain access to hidden automobiles, 12 of them.
Unfortunately, a lot of people aren;t interested in Crus'n World anytime right now, largely because of the Gamecube and Xbox and Playstation 2 games out there. Nevertheless, if you really want the rubber to burn, give this game a try.
One of the best racing games

This game is one of my favorites. Four people can play at once, and the graphics are better than Crusi'n USA. For only (...), this is a great deal for any gamer that enjoys racing games. The control isn't very good, but everything else makes up for it. This is a great game, so buy it right away before N64 is gone!
so educational and yet fun

the crusin world game is so fun because you get 2 c different places while your still sitting on the floor playing a video game.u get 2 c places and like monuments and the kind of terrean they have in that country or city or continent.i think it is better than the other crusisn usa because it has many different choices of cars. and you can choose the place you want to play in.

I ordered two Cruising the World in July of this year. I received only one, but was billed for both of them. I wrote to the people that I had purchased it from and received a note stating that they were having financial problems and my credit would be issued or a new one sent in a few days. Well, I never received either. I had wanted the second one for my grandson, and he has now asked for one for Christmas. Any suggestions??????????Barbara Ames

Who Needs Brakes?

I must admit that this game is not totally without its charm. However, if you are looking for racing action at its finest, then don't bother. Perhaps what turned me off the most to this game was the lack of challenge. First, there is absolutely no need for the brake. Mindlessly holding down the accelerator will get you through most of the turns. And strangely enough, every car handles about the same. It seems strange that a double decker bus can beat a pack of sports cars. The graphics and sound are not too bad, although the music gets tiresome rather quickly. All in all, this is definitely a game for rental only, unless you are the kind of person who does not like any challenge whatsoever.

This game Rocks! It is easy to steer and its not confusing. It was the first game I played on N64 and was not confusing at all. It has tournaments and you can jump and spin. It is my favorite game of all time and i think if you might buy this game, it's worth your money!!
