I played this game once & it sucks. Unless this game grows on you, then maybe it fun after a million time, whacking someone with a hammer, what's fun about that? Unless these people are getting paid to write 5 star, this game rank among worst on-line gaming, who would want to challenge & admit to having this game? I might have not given it a chance but it wasn't worth it for me, maybe if it's free. I got it because it was on-line capable but after playing it, who would be on-line with it? Graphic is ok, but game play gets boring, only challege is trying to see the twirling girl naked! also... never.

OK NOW THIS WAS THE WORST GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. THE GRAFICS [are not good] AND WHEN YOUR TRYING TO MOVE YOUR CAMERA THE WALLS GET IN THE WAY EVERY TIME. I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T GET THIS GAME, IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. eVERY 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES THE GRENADE DOESN'T EVEN COME OUT. WHICH LEAVES YOU VULNERABLE T0 THE ENEMY'S PURSUING ATTACK. THIS GAME GAVE ME A NEW WAY TO LOOK AT [bad] GAMES. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!!

Not Enough Fun

I returned this one two days after I bought it.

The game is an interesting concept. And it's fun for a while. But even though there are quite a few characters, weapons and power-ups, it still won't hold your attention for more than a day in single player mode.

In Xbox Live mode it will keep your interest up for a little longer (not much).

The core problem is that the action is so fast that you feel like success has more to do with luck than any skill or strategy. Although your skill will improve, you still never really get to feel like you're in control of what's going on around you.

Also, it is totally inappropriate for kids (kids under 21 in my opinion). Not just the topless character, but the language and movie clips are also often in poor taste.

Fuzion Frenzy is a better party game.
Halo and Unreal Championship are (by far) better action games.

I think you'll only like this if you use Xbox Live (which I did) and enjoy a sense of panic, confusion and irreverence at every moment of a game.

Fun for a little while.

I'm still on the fence about this game; that's why I've given it a 3. The graphics are really great and the sound is pretty good too. The downside to this game was that the levels were all the same, except they got a bit more challenging each time. After a while, it gets pretty boring. The characters are rather amusing and the weapons you get... a stapler, cluster duck, etc.. are pretty funny too. I think this is a good game to rent, but not own.

I read all the other reviews on this site and others. They said that this game was no good. I didn't believe them, so I bought it. Well...

It's okay, it just didn't hold my interest. The commercials were funny, and I enjoyed the sick sense of humor, but I stopped playing it after completing two boards. I just got bored of it.

If you want lots of excitement and action, DON'T buy this game. If you want to kill some time, rent this game first.

Fun multi-player

This game really dissappointed me at first. I almost took it back until I started to unlock more and more of the different weapons and power-ups. Then the game starts to get really fun....especially for multi-player. This game is going to be alot of fun on Xbox Live whenever it finally comes out.
Basically, this game is a third person sorta-shooter. You run around trying to waste your opponents while trying to win whatever your goal might be. There's dodgeball (just like in elementary school...very fun), king-of-the-hill, collect the stars, fragfest, kill the chickens and hold the trophy (there is one trophy that you try to keep for 60 seconds while evryone tries to take it from you). Here's some pros and cons:

Pros:
Funny characters. A rabbit with a Scotish accent, an orange oscar the grouch looking thing, a naked woman with censored bars over her equipment, a rotten toothed blonde girl....very interesting.
Tons of different weapons. Meat cleavers, an egg gun, baseball bats, hammers, heat seaking rockets, electic shockers, dogs with dynamite that seek out the current leader...there are 30 weapons.
Wierd and twisted storyline
Very fun (and addictive) multi-player
It's going to be a great online game
Good graphics
I love the maps. Each one has some kind of hazard that makes the game more intersting plus they are hilarious. Theres one thats set up on a kitchen counter complete with a kitchen sink that sometimes sucks player down its drain, one under a christmas tree, one in a sqaure room that has spikes poking out of the walls.

Cons:
The gameshow thing is only in the storyline. No part of the gameplay has anything to do with a gameshow...just the cinematics.
You have to unlock everything in single player mode. Maybe there is a cheat (I'm usually dead set against using cheats) that will unlock it all so you wont have to go through single player mode. This makes the game really suck at first. You only have like 3 maps, 3 weapons and 3 power-ups.

FINALLY! a game for the whole family... or not.

i love this game! all you need to do is get some friends, and start playing and i promise you will love this game of pandimoniom! in this game you can get yolk-o-matics,staple gun,baseball bat, hammer, grenades that look like ducks,and loads of cool power-ups! like you can switch bodys with someone else and lunge them off a cliff, turn the map up-side down, and much, much more! NOTE TO ADULTS: this game is not for kids! the language and violance is pervasive, the move clips contain certian content only thirteen year-olds and up would understand,and so i would only reccomend this game to us older gamers!

wHACKed is the only game of its kind you can play gameshow mode or just multiplayer highspeed battle intensity.in gameshow mode you will be able to view various hilarious commercials. Such as scrapple,yolk-o-matic,major woodys spank tank etc. Anyway if you want my opinion I would recommend the purchase of this game. Also this game is copatible with xbox live and system link. If you buy this I recommend you get xbox live(dsl optional but for better online play this should be purchased.)

Whacked was origionally an "XBOX Live Launch Title" used to promote the initial out-of-the-gate library of Live games when Live was first introduced. This game was obviously thrown together quickly to get it to launch. The single player mode gets boring fast, and the online multiplayer suffers from some of the most annoying lag of any XBOX Live title. To boot, your weapons that you use in the game are not held in your character's hand, but float beside their head and have no animation while you're using them against opponents.

Ok, here's the situation. You just got Xbox Live and you want a good game. Whacked! is the game to get. As most people have heard from Official Xbox Magazine discs that you get a huge prize in the end. You can pick from Lucy, Toof, Lucky, Charity, Lance, Otto, and Eugene. You can unlock many weapons, and many game types. Trophy game where you hold the trophy for 60 seconds and stars where you get a certain amount of stars. This is a great game! Next is Kung Fu Chaos or Unreal.
