most people doing a review from what i can tell havent even rode a dirtbike so they think this game is relistic well its not on this game there are no actual roots in turns the rythem section is the easiest and the preloading is bad but if you have only watched or never raced you would like this game (thanks to carmichael and stewart)

This game is the best game ever.What I really like about the game is that you can create your own player.You can't do that in MX Superfly.This game is great for doing wheelies.From the moment I had my hands on it,I could not stop playing it.I love the tricks in this game.I recommand this game to anybody that loves dirt biking.

At first i liked the game but it got boring in 10 minutes

MX 2002 is definitely a fun game, but it isn't a particuarly ground breaking title.

The game centers around a career mode. You start at an Amateur in the 125cc class and work your way up to the 125cc Pros and then the 250cc Pros. Along the way you can take part in freestyle competitions and tutorials to hone your skills.

The tracks are varied and can be quite long, which makes for fun racing. However, the game as a whole is quite short. I was able to complete the game within 3 days and it doesn't offer much in the way of replayability because there are so few team/bike choices. Also, features such as qualifying races (and last chance qualifiers) are completely absent.

Overall I found Supercross 2000 for the N64 much more enjoyable. In particular it had running commentary during the races and multiple camera views. MX 2002 has neither of these.

I recommend renting it for a couple days of entertainment.

This game is awesome. The fun factor is up there with the best of them and it's not difficult to learn how to control the bike. My only complaint is that it is too short a game. Wish there were more levels of play (maybe more categories such as 125cc amateur, 125cc pro, 250cc amateur, etc). Hopefully they do a follow-up with more tracks and classes of bike. Buy it if you have the extra cash or better still pick it up secondhand.

GREAT GAME, good realism, and graphics, this is the best MX Game for a non-PC that I have ever seen. There are many tracts, that are actually real places.Although a very good game it should be longer. Don't get me wrong, this is one of the best, if not the best racing game for X-Box.

i just got it on saturday and i started a career mode amd got all the freestlye tracks and beat the whole game.its overall i would rate as 5 but it is to easy to beat
