I bought this game for my computer at work after having a lot of fun with it on my PS2. Do NOT buy it for computer. The controls totally suck. The PS2 version is 10 times better.

this game stinks!
i can't belive activision would release such garbage
the premise was great,the story was interesting but..... the game play is one of the worst i seen

This game is overall good, as far as the graphics and shooting parts of the game are concerned. The only thing that is unrealistic compared to the real LA streets is the missing traffic. Empty roads are found all throughout the map and this can get annoying at times. Also, when your car hits the trees, the trees fall over, which obviously will not happen in real life. One realistic aspect is the time to get from point to point in the game is the same as if you were really driving in Los Angeles. If you are going to buy this game, buy it for XBOX or PS2, not for your computer. The graphics on a computer will be bad, unless you have a great video card.
