This Is A TIGHT GAME!!!

Man I've Played this game on PS2 and it kicks THPS2, in the you know where! I own THPS2 and when I played THPS3 man I was like man this one leave all others in the dust. The Created Players R so much better than the one's on THPS2! The graphic R tons better! In Skate boarding games this one beats all! And The Cheats ROck!!!! Also, Be on the look out for Grand theft auto 3 It's awesome!

YEAH!!! Finally! It's here! I've been waiting since last July, when I heard it would come out Spring 2002. (I didn't get it yet, but it's Wednesday, March 26, and I'm getting it tomorrow)
I don't feel that PC gamers get enough respect and credit. There are more PC gamers than console gamers, but we are still shunned by others. And games come out like....a year later than console games. They should all come out at least within the same month!!! Anyway, I'm going to buy an XBox in the summer, so I shouldn't worry. Anyway.....
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 is the latest installment of a predicted 10+ series of top-notch skateboarding. It was a first for boarders, and it has convinced people, including myself, to start skateboarding. In a couple of years, it will be the biggest (i can assure you) gaming franchise.
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 for PC has a lot more cool features. Because of computer capabilities, there is a GIANT Park Editor, and many more options and modes for multiplayer. Also, it has the BEST graphics EVER for ANY game ever made!!! About 1400 by 1200 pixels, and 30 screens per second, or something like that.

I have THPS1 and THPS2 for Dreamcast, and I am renting THPS3 for PSOne, but I gotta say it's not that good compared to PS2 and Gamecube. But if TH3 for PC is like the 1 for PS2 its gotta be good. I also bought the attachment 2 plug a PS or PS2 controller 2 your computer so I can pull off some awesome combos w/out the trouble off pressin' keys. It will be just like PS2, if not better. This is a definite buy!

This game is the best on my cd rack. Acually it never comes out of my computer. The third game in this series is another step up from 1 and 2. With added tricks and all new parks it makes it that much more interesting. You are not the only one in the park anymore. There are pedestrians walking aroud and asking you to show them your moves ( Which gets you extra points). They have also added Bam Margera to the lineup of pro skaters and he deserves it. The create a skater has gotten way better. You can find anything you want to put on them and make you or people you know. You can also change the original characters. Imagine having the power to make tony look like anything. Make boys or girls. Park editor is better too. Here is a description of all the parks:
Foundry- much like the warehouse level of thps1. Weave around the workers and don't fall into the lava. See how long you can stay on the catwalk without falling
Canada- Very big with a parking lot for street skating, a park, and lots of treehouses with walkways up high. The goals are fun in this one.
Rio- many lines going around the park for grinding, cool bowl/quarter pipe combo in the middle. see if you can find the secret pool (yes its empty for skating). This is a comp
Suburbia- Trailer parks nice houses and the haunted mansion. It may seem boring at first but wait till you find the secret area.
Airport- Pretty much a downhill park but some flat places. Lots of rails in this one. If you like vert get to the basement and there are lots of halfpipes. goals on this one are fun too
Skaters island- Youve probably heard of this in real life. It may look like its all vert but the fun boxes are a place for the streeters to dwell. The secret area in this is the best. Grind the pirate flag and youll see.Its a comp
Los Angeles- My favorite park in the game. probably the biggest too. The best goals and so many spots. The eathquake is a fun addition.
Tokyo- This is the most high tech park ive ever seen. Its really hard to place in this comp.There are no really secret areas there just hard to get to.
Secret level-ill let you find out what this is. It is really cool. it may seem like its all vert but thers street skating to be found. You wont be expecting this

Awesome game for skaters and non-skaters alike

This game is an absolute must for skaters and non-skaters too. The graphics are awesome and realistic. Once you get how the controls work you constantly get better. When you're out past Canada it gets easy. Depending on your player the objectives are different. When you get bored playing the levels there are a lot of pre-made parks to choose from. If you get tired of those you can made tons of different ones on your own. If you already have THPS1 and 2 you just got to have this one too. The graphics are much better than any extreme sport game I've ever seen. The game is awesome but the controls are difficult since all the tricks are played on the number pad. If you press different directions you get different tricks. It runs on relative slow computers as well as the really fast ones. Along with famous skater like Tony Hawk, Reynolds, Muska, Steamer and others you can create your own skater. As you get through levels you collect stat points. The more stat points the better your skater. The levels are awesome. The graphics are about as realistic as you can get, and the pipes, pools and rails are easy to use. All in all this is an awesome game and though I don't have THPS4 yet I imagine it will be even better.

Scate as a scater you make or pick through places you never dreamed of. You will love this game! It's better than the other 3 games. Buy it now! Ages 9-25.

I find this game very fun. Anybody that likes skateboarding should buy it. The touches are pretty easy to learn. In conclusion, I find this game really good.

I like this game. but not the lyrics and the nosebleeding...

Just like the name this is a cool skateboarding game(Sport game). And I suppose you'll wonder why this game is rated `Teen' instead of `E'. Well, I'll explain this later but first I have to say this is an cool game.

If you seen on TV people do cool tricks with their boards and you probally want to try those tricks least once(even if you don't know how to spell `skate'-just a joke). This game can grant that wish in a few days(or few hours). control in this game is simple than you think. you can almost do some extreme tricks if you just memorize about 7~8 keyboard keys. So you can do some massive combo tricks quite easily. Which is very cool to look at. And map creater and the skater editor keeps the fun from escaping.
And the places you skate are places that you want to skate for real(Want to skate at a airport?). And there are goal you have to achived to get other stages(which is very challenging and it's more than just doing skateboard tricks.)

BUT.... this game has some downsides that parents should consider before purchasing this game to kids.
The songs in the game are good, but the lyrics are well...uh about bad things. And when your skater gets a good hit on the ground they get a nosebleed(leaves some blood on the ground). The amount of the blood is not much but it doesn't disappear unless you quit game. And some more contents may not be right for young children. So I guess these thing made this a `T' rated game. but except those things the game is fine.

And if you have PS2 try THPS4.

THSP 3 is another great addition to the THPS line. With enhanced multiplayer modes like Graffiti, Trick Attack, King of the Hill, and Slap!. Career "checklist" changes for what trick style your skater has. A better create-a-skater to change gender, height, and change more about the pros. They took out Bob Burnqust(I think that's how you spell it) and added Bam Margera. You can do different combos like double and triple kickflips, heelflips and impossobles. You don't win money, but, like in #1, there are stat points and new decks. There are many more special tricks to choose from, also. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the skate park editor is really a step backwards. There are not as many options as THPS 2. Regardless, this is a great game!
