Need for speed, lack of detail

This is my second Need for Speed game, the first was NfS Underground 2. The graphics for racing are much better in this game, but you do not get the control over what you add to the car like you did in the previous versions. However the cop chases are great.

This was one of those Christmas gifts that my husband wanted that I couldn't find anywhere. It isn't easy finding regular X-BOX games. I found it here on Amazon and at a great price. I couldn't pass this deal up. He has other racing games and had a blast the first time he played this Need for Speed Carbon. He said that the graphics and sound were better than his other games. I received it quickly and it was exactly what I ordered.

I've become addicted to the NFS series in the last 8 months since buying a used original XBOX. NFS Carbon does what many of the other NFS games do - open up a whole different type of world for a racing game. The ability to move freely around the city, as with the other games, is excellent. And learning to work with a teammate (even the AI one) is pretty cool.

The only part I didn't appreciate was the custom/modification options. I'm not much of a visual mod guy, and it would have been nice to have had some more explanation as to how some of the custom mods would help. Also, after playing NFSU2, I miss being able to fine tune, as NFSC offers only limited tuning options. But these are all preference issues. Great game. Highly recommended!

The game came very fast. That was very good. When the person that I bought it for opened the game he was thrilled. Then he put it on to play it. As soon as he did it went in about two minutes and froze. It would not play at all.

I emailed the company to help fix the problem. I got a email stating that I needed to send it back with defective product written on it and They would take care of it. I am sorry to say that I have had this said to me before and I have never received anything back or been given my money back. They did not offer to pay for shipping at all.

I will say that they deliver very fast but when it comes to products that were never supposedly opened that I do not believe. It is very easy to get machines that will put plastic back over a product and this is what I believe they did.

No I will not order anything from this company again. Amazon is a great company but 1Busyman's Budget Video Games, Inc I will not buy from again.

This game was AWESOME you can modify your car to the smallest detail their is so may cars to choose from and the story is great

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas 2006. He used it all day and still uses it. Shipping was very quick.

I bought this game for my nephew, and he loves it. The latest of the "Underground" series, and quite frankly the best one. Everything is improved from the first, not that it needed it, but they did and it was good. Very addictive and enjoyable.

The wording that shows up on the screen while playing is in your viewing area and the challenge isn't as intense as the last NFS Most Wanted
