Being a fan of Diablo II, I naturally found Titan Quest to be a great game. Along the same lines, I find this expansion pack to be an par with the LoD expansion for Diablo II. Besides the extra "Act" in the game, there are tons of subtle and not so subtle changes and updates. The developers really seemed to listen to complaints about the original and addressed problems with things like inventory space and new items to spend gold on. The new Dream mastery seems to have skills to fit a melee or ranged character (the Summon Nightmare is fantastic) . I even liked the small addition of a real-time clock that you can mouse over to in order to prevent losing track of time and staying up all hours of the night trying to get to the next save fountain. All in all, I must say that I'm very pleased with this expansion and would recommend it to any fan of the original Titan Quest. The only complaints I can think of are that the extra act could have been a bit longer and it took quite a long time to complete the installation.

this game is great if you are trying to waste some time, of if you miss the days when diablo 2 was new and exciting. this expansion set adds on to the original just as Lord of Destruction did for Diablo 2. there is a new mastery, new act, new weapons and a whole new experience. BUT it is LACKING an online community and PvP action or, co-play that matches to Blizzards. So basically i was done with this game after i beat it. twice.
Keep coming back to this great game

My husband and I love this game -- he normally plays shooters and I play Wow and now LoTR, but we always fire up this game at some point during the week. Pros: Artwork is amazing, the storyline is complete, lots of hidden goodies and easter eggs
Cons: a couple of minor graphical glitches and the sound is still wonky on some sound cards.
A worthy expansion for a great game.

This game provides a whole slew of additions to the original titan quest, but unlike other expansions these additions are useful. The additions include a new class to provide more abilities and class combos, a new act, the interface has been spruced up (you can now view the real world time during the game), classes that have pets can choose whether the pet is more agressive in searching out foes or defensive and stays by your side. The best addition is a caravan man who can store items you collect (a bigger version of the stash from Diablo 2). My biggest gripe is that ranged monsters in the new act seem overpowered compared to all other monsters.
Loads of mindless diablo2 clone fun

Great stuff tons of drops good monsters challenging difficulty.
Two down sides.
1. At least for the archer/hunter character the skills aren't that fun. I miss the multi-shots or strafe etc. of diablo 2. Archers shoot very slowly and do not have the strength to wear enough armor to protect themselves from the hoards that they cannot mow down quickly enough
2. Nature mastery summons are grossly underpowered. They die immediately. This sort of balance appears to be lacking all over. Seems to be difficult to construct a good build to survive and it is up to your magic items to carry you through as opposed to your skills.
Still the game is enormously fun with challenging boss and regular battles abounding. I just feel like they could have invested a little more into the skills groups.
Great Expansion

It is simply a great addition. It adds a whole other skill tree with great abilities, as well as new areas items and item types.
More than just an add-on!

For those of you who have played Titan Quest and wondered about certain "improvements" that were missed when Titan Quest appeared a couple of years back, Immortal Throne addresses those issues quite nicely. The additions (caravans, being able to separate relics from items, auto sort buttons) are very welcome and make the game that much better. The minor but necessary improvements as a whole make Titan Quest a much more playable game, however, those looking for a radically different game will be disappointed. There are new monsters and a new quest, but the game is still Titan Quest. I recommend to all those that have played this game to go out and buy the expansion as soon as possible. Overall, it makes Titan Quest a much more enjoyable experience.
Must have expansion

TitanQuest is a very fun game, but the expansion adds new levels and abilities. One really great feature is the ability to share items between characters. My son and I have been competing and finding stuff to trade. It's been great fun.
