This game is fun and fast-paced and great for kids. The lower level is easy enough for my 6 year old to control and the higher levels are challenging enough to keep it fun for everyone.

I'm not much of a fan of racing games, by my son loves it. He can sit there and play for hours thanks to the varying courses and contstant interaction with other characters.

It seems with all the hype on upcoming systems from the Playstation 3, and the Nintendo's Wii, we sometimes often anticipate and forget about how influential the classic games really are. We often enjoy and recognize characters like Mario and Sonic The Hedgehog as definitive mascots who've constantly changed and stayed relevant with the times, always appelaing to newer audiences.Nevertheless, there are those who've unfortunately been forgotten. That has been the case with Pac Man. Since his debut in the1980's, a lot of us have enjoyed hm as the classic muncher who had never stopped gobbling his way into our hearts. Atre several reincarnation to making Pac Man popular today, they haven't been as enjoyable as his classic days. Now, another one comes out to or hearts, in the form of the race.
Pac Man World Rally for the Nintendo Gamecube, tries to tackle itself, as more like a knockoff of the Mario Kart games from Nintendo, and the recent Sonic Riders air board racer from Sega. The object of the game is simple, you have to out-manuver your charcater into taking the checked flag to win. In this game, you can play Pan Man himself, the looney and zany ghosts Inky, Binky, and Clyde, or other classics too. The graphics of the game are really eye-opening, and deliver well on the Gamecube, while the control is very easy to pickup for die hard racers, and those who are familiar with the Mario Kart atmospheres. There is though one disadvantage with the game, it is just too easy to beat. Although it is fun, many racers might want to consider something a bit more challenging.
All in all, if you are a die hard Pac Man fan, you'll love this game for the Nintendo Gamecube. If you aren't interested, you might want to consider this one as rental. Even though it isn't a definitive Gamecube addition to your library, at least it makes up for the problems and the lackluster earlier Pac Man games that've tried to shine but flopped like Pac Man World 3 did.
