The ultimate racing game

Hi. I don't officially own this game, but almost. They have a copy of it at the Youth Center for us to play. I don't have as much time to go there anymore, but I did during the summer. I went every day and played Burnout 2. Whenever I got the chance.

Rating:on a scale of one to ten. 100. that's not a typo.
It has:
great crashes
awesome cars
unbelievable sense of speed
cool ways to play,crash or race mode
good graphics

I love this game. I wanted Burnout 3 for Christmas, but I don't think you can get it for a Gamecube. I think Burnout 2 is better though.

In conclusion, I'd like to say a few words. GET THIS GAME!!!!!!

I've played several racing games on the 'cube, including the original Burnout. None of them compare to the gameplay and graphics of Burnout 2.
In addition to the championship mode, you get multiplayer racing and crash mode. All in all it is a very fun game. If you enjoy racing games, this is a must buy.

Dude...this game kicks. At first I thought I shouldn't get it. I won't make that mistake again. 30 tracks. Bunch of cars. $40.00. This game is the best of racing games. God its good...

AMAZING! Funnily enough there is "educational value" in this rip-roaring, explosive, cool game. That message is: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DRIVING A REAL CAR!!!!! But seriously, this rocks![...] Crashes are awesome; gameplay is awesome. There's just one thing I have to say: I know this review is short and not as detailed as others and that is because if I said everything else it would be what everyone else has said.

CRASH, RACE, AND ZOOM PAST TRAFFIC AT GOD KNOWS HOW FAST.... WHAT ELSE COULD YOU WANT? Burnout 2 is really fun compared to other racing games. The graphics are good, the traffic makes it challenging, and crash mode is a big plus. But I was looking for something with a little more depth. The cars don't have real names. They are just called muscle car, sports car, and so on. The music is all the the same (wannabe rock), and 4-player mode would be nice. For big racing fans this game is a thumbs up, otherwise, it's just a good rental.

This game is AMAZING! The racing is awesome and the crashes look so cool. A lot of cars and levels to choose from and the surround sound is really nice.
