I can't wait til this game comes out! In this game you just don't play Buffy, but you can play Willow Rosenberge,Xyander Harris,Angel or Spike. It also has multiplayer mode. I am glad they decided to make this Buffy game for Gamecube,I was verry disapointed when the 1st one was only realeased on XBOX. There was only one thing I was disapointed about this game, that it takes place before the 6th season before Anya and Dawn were around. Make sure you get the seasons on DVD and watch the series final that airs May 20th.
really good but not better than the first game

this game is great when i bought it. for the gamecube but i had a little trouble finding it cuz most of the stores that sold it were either out of stock or didnt have any copies left. it took me almost a month to finally find a copy of this for gamecube. i must say that the graphics are really good and don't look messy or splotchy or anything they were perfect. i loved the game but they were a few parts i dindt like. like when you play buffy and then when you finish the level your playing with her you have to play another character after that. i really didnt like that i only wanted to play buffy for the entire game not for only some levels. and the person that was voiced by Willow that doesnt even sound like her!! the Buffy in this game doesnt even sound like Buffy either even though it was the same person that did the voice for her in the first buffy game. Xander in the game is too strong on the show he couldnt even killed a vampire maybe only one. also i think that when buffy is fighting the vampires i think it made the fighting too short i mean she only kicks him 2 times and then dusts and thats it. that really suck because i liked fighting more lonoger than solving the puzzles. i didnt like the fact that Angel and Cordelia didnt show in the game like they did in the first one and yes they are voiced by the actual actors that played them on the show and Willow in the first game was really voiced by Alyson Hannigan. the problem with this game is that there were more puzzle solving than fighting if you ask me the first Buffy game was way better than this one. i dint like the fact that this game only had 12 levels i like my games to have more levels so it can be more challenging. i hope they will make a better Buffy game than this.

I was expecting this game to be a dissapointment like the game-rendition of Charlie's Angels. However, with impeccable graphics, real-character voices and very realistic scenes, I think this may be one of the best GC games to date. It's quirky, and takes place in-between two episodes (season five). It's incredibly fun & the replay value is superb. It's played much like Enter The Matrix, but with a more familiar feel. A must for any buffy/angel fan and gamer alike.
A real FUN Game!

This game is full of levels, characters, and has a great story line. Chaos Bleeds was originally an episode in season 5 but never made it.Basically if you watch all of the story line parts it's almost like a new buffy episode. Of coures you have to beat the game to see the what happens. I beat it and will probably play it again to discover more secrets and extras! I think everyone who loves these kinds of video games will love this one. You don't even have to be a buffy fan to play. A+ Game!
This game is great!

This game is sooo much fun! I just got it yesterday and have almost been playing it 24/7. Its really good. You can us up to six characters including (of course) Buffy and (my favorite) Faith, who kicks major butt. I highly suggest you buy this game! It's a lot of fun.
Fun, but short.

I'm a fan of the show, and I like this style of game. The puzzles are pretty straightforward. The AI is good, the music and sound effects sometimes drown out the one liners of the characters.
I ended up breezing through this one. The Mall level was the hardest, but it was fun to play.
This game breaks no new ground, or deliver anything unexpectedly spectacular, but it was a good solid play, and a helluva lot of fun. Just wish there were a few more levels to this.

Okay, I'll saw it right now, Buffy the Vampire Slayer is my favorite TV show. With that said I can tell you that i have played all the other Video Games and They were Great (The Only reason I bought an Xbox was the Buffy Game).
From what i here this will be a stellar game. The story will take place during the shows 5th season (after Joyce dies, before Tara is atacked). And in the Game you can play as either Buffy, Xander, Willow, Faith, or Sid the Dummy. There will also be multiplayer challenges such as "Bunny Catcher," which will probablly have alot to do with Anya.
This will probabally be a great game, based on a great TV Show, which has sadly already rode off into the moonlight.
Sure to be a Great Game

Buffy the Vampire Slayer is one of the Best TV shows ever made. The Original Game for X Box was an awesome game for anyone who liked the show or who liked action games in general. It was, and still is, one of the best games available for the x box. Chaos Bleeds is the sequel to that game, and it will be better than the first. it will have more action, more puzzles, and more characters. You should buy this game, and also buy the dvd sets of the TV show. You won't regret it. This will be one of the best gamecube/ps2/xbox games of the year!
Worth It

Fans of the show will absolutly love this game. It brings almost all 7 seasons into the game along with a new twist. You get to be everyone in the "scooby gang" and have lots of uber-vamps to kill. This game is totally worth it.

I absolutely love this game! It's great to play with just enough challenge. The walkthroughs online help as well.
Also, when I'm stressed, it's really fun to just kill vampires! It releases a lot of tension.
I would say the last level is my least favorite. You have to run around in a gazillion circles which makes it more stressful and slightly less enjoyable.
The best levels on the game (for killing vampires) are:
Level 1: The Magic Box
Level 5: Downtown Sunnydale
and if you're up for having a big-bad challenge at the end...
Level 10: Sunnydale Mall (GREAT FOR USING MAGIC)
Level 11: Sunnydale Zoo
Basically, if you're a Buffy fan you'll love it and if you're not, you'll still love it. Just remember to check out the walkthroughs online on Gamespot. They make things a lot less confusing.
The graphics in the game, as far as I can tell, are great! The vampires basically dust in the action they're currently in. I once killed one as it was kicking me and it dusted beginning in that position! It's very realistic. Also, when throwing vampires/other demons or when you're being throw, you can smash into things and break them (if they're wood) or shake them (if they're a lamp).
The sound effects in the game were also great. Everything sounded different whether its falling into a chair, staking a vampire, punching them, or hitting them with a shovel.
Some of the voiceovers in the game for Buffy's character can get very repetitive! Beware that by the time you're done with this game, you'll have memorized her "puns". Willow's as well. I feel that because SMG and AH were unable to do voice recordings, the actresses who did theirs did less. Everyone else had a nice selection of responses and hearing NB and JM on the game was really great.
Overall, I love the game and will continue to love it! Take my advice, this is a game you want.
