ok, i thought this game was going to be the coolest game on the game boy advance. boy was i wrong!!! this game is the worst game on the game boy advance!!! what was atari thinking??? the levels are all confusing(especialy the castle)and there is no map to help you.the sound is all fuzzy...ish, the replay value isnt that great and it is a real bore walking around pressing the a button all the time(attack button). if you are a yuyu hakusho fan, you would probably enjoy it, otherwise, PLEase BORROW OR RENT BEFORE YOU BUY!!!

I am a big fan of Yu Yu Hakusho. I got the game, thinking it would be a fun challenge, but I only got half of that. The game is fun, I'll give it that, but It was way too easy. My favorite character is Kurama, but you can't use him against any bosses except for the Rando and Suzaku clones on the second-to-last level. So, I didn't get to use him much. Overall, this game is fun, but way too easy. The mini-game "Kareoke" could at least have multiple button challenges, but it only has one. The simplicity of this game cost it a star.

Buy this game.

Man, when i played this game, i was kinda disapointed because it wasn't as good as i though, but MAN! When i tried other games, they were (...) worse! If ur lookn' for a good game thats not all fighting, but kinda fighting, get this game.

Yu yu hakusho is a great anime! I tought that yu yu hakusho would make a great game, it was a pretty good game while it lasted. It only took me about 4 hours to beat and to tell the truth, i'm the kind of gamer who never beats anything, i stink, games are supposed to take 20 hours, they take me 35, or i just plain can't beat it at all! anyway enough about my stinky gaming self... I'll rate yu yu hakusho in a few catagories for you:

Gameplay: 3/5

It had some decent gameplay, i like how you can switch between characters when ever you want to, but there were hardly any puzzles and it wasn't challenging enough... it was sometimes hard to hit enemies with your attacks.

Story line: 4/5

It's yu yu of coarse it had to have a good storyline, the only problem is that they only included a little of the series.

Graphics: 4/5

the graphics were o.k. The characters didn't look that much like themselves, but the enviornments were detailed.

Lifespan: 0/5

This game is SHORT trust me, it doesn't matter if your a 15 year old gamer or a a 8 year old gaming newbie, this game will take you a maximum of 7 hours, and if it doesn't then your pathetic, no offense.

If you can, rent this game, it's not worth the money that it costs and if you think that it is, then you have too much money.

I love yu yu hakusho I never miss a show I like the game but its not the best. the charecters were like the show but look fuzzy I did not like genkis test part of the game it takes way to long and hiei's "18 slash jagon" made NO SENSE what so ever becuse he only fights three times in the saga any way and what's the point to give him a strong power when you can only use him some of the time but its still a O-K game

When I first heard that there were making a Yu Yu Hakusho game for the gameboy advance, I was over the moon. It was even better when I learnt that it would be telling the story of the first arc, so I had a lot of expectations. In this case, I wasn't disapointed. The struture of the game is great, from the first time you battle Kuwabara, to the final showdown with Toguro Brothers! What was even better was getting control of Kurama and Hiei, the greatest characters in the game. The Mini-games with Gankai was not that good, but that didn't let the game down at all. Overall, a pleasent experience and I am now highly anticipating a sequal.

THIS GAME IS A **** RIPOFF!

This game does not kick ***! It is ******* horrorible. I spent $35 on this **** game! It is a ripoff! I beat this **** game in 1 day! If you buy this game, and you hate it, don't come crying to me! indefinitely one of the best shows on cartoon network this anime is about yusuke urameshi the spirit detective, This is like a cross between dragon ball and dragon ball z seeing how its more extreme then dragon ball but not as extreme as dragon ball z, I myself cant wait for this game to come out and when it does it should be one of the best sellers out there
