Now we all know what the pokemon games are about and truthfully its getting a little old but then Pokemon came up with this game. It is a whole diff. type of game. YOU ARE THE POKEMON!! Having 3 boys I have had to play my fair share of these types of games "mom help me I'm stuck". Not only do my boys love this game but so do I. It gives the world of pokemon a whole new life. I know some Pokemon game fans will be like what is this but give it a try you will love it and for parents like me who get the help me mom you will feel better not doing the samething over and over again. It really is a fun game.

My son loves this game

If you are a fan of Pokemon, then you're gonna to like this title! It's something new and different. The graphics and sound is really cool and the replay value great, also you can link the game to the DS version, if you have both at the same time on the DS.

pkmn!

I know this is a little embarassing: I'm a 43 year old Mom and I had bought the game for my daughter (11), who played it for a while, but then grew tired of it. So on one of those long boring winter afternoons, I borrowed the game from her....and I've been playing it for weeks now, and just can't let go!!! I never really got into the original Pokemon games, but from what I saw, I always thought they were pretty good and kept my daughter playing for quite a long time.So I can only talk about Mytery Dungeon here: I guess as an adult I get more, or different things out of Mytery Dungeon than a kid, like planning what items to take on a mission (that's what Moms do, right? lol) or picking out the right team members or teaching them the best combination of attacks, and then, if you have a young and promising new team member, it's training, training, training to get them prepared for the big dangerous dungeons... That can get boring at times, but it's necessary (Mom talk...) So, I highly recommemd this game for kids of ALL ages over 7 or 8, it's fun and it also has some educational value (don't tell your kids - they may not want it any more...)

Well Liked!

I purchased this game for my daughter. She requested it as a reward from Handipoints (the chore website). She really likes this game.

Introduction: The Pokèmon franchise always sells. Whether it is the Cards or Games, you run into the popular Anime all the time. It all started in 1995 and was copyrighted by Nintendo in 1996, and it became a popular new american franchise. Right after FirRed and LeafGreen were released Emerald came out now the new major release is: Pokèmon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team. Now I must say the classic idea of a PokèDex is gone now. It includes all Pokèmon you add to your team.

PROS AND CONS:
1. This is a pro, because there is so many missions to perform and there is a bulletin board to get and obtain missions or Rescue Missions.
2.This is a con, because it gets boring when you have to hike through so many floors and levels of dungeons.
3. This is a pro, because you can add legendary Pokèmon to your team. Such as Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos.
4. The art of battling evolves, no literally, just like every original and classic Pokèmon Game, you evolve after getting enough battle expierience.
5. Last but not least, the game offers a lot of cool places to go, and like every other Pokèmon RPG there is a map to guide through every where you need to go.

ENDING: This is the end of my very helpful review, that Pokèmon has been gaining more fans ever since 1995, whether it is of the Asian-decent or American fans Pokèmon will probaly stay loved. I must say I am a good fan. This is a perfect game to play on llllllllooooooooooonnnnnnnnnggggggg boring road trips, or just for fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good idea, but really bad game

I bought this game with high expectations(it's a Pokemon game, after all). This game is horrible. I thought this game would be a traditional Pokemon game. It isn't. Heck, it isn't even developed by Nintendo, rather by "Chun Soft", a Japanese company without an English website. Don't waste your money on this crap.

It was super fun until after you get Mewtwo. Then, it started to be the same thing over and over again.
