Very good graphics

This game shows the 3D capabilities of gameboy advance. It has 7 levels of difficulties, and one can save the passwords at the accomplishment of the level. The sound effects are pleasing. You are in a space ship and you have to fight your way and defeat the bosses. It is not a major strategy game.

It does not use the L and R buttons on top of the gameboy. It is a hard game to play.

The most annoying part of the game is that you can't start at a higher level. However, there is a way around it. Go to the password, and type *S3L3CT* -- it will take you to options where one of the option will permit starting at a desired level. Furthermore, one can view the gallery of graphics with *G4LL3RY* password. Enjoy!

I love the old 2D shooters like Galaga, R-Type, etc. as well as the 3D blast-fests of Star Fox (both the SNES and N64 versions). So naturally, I was drawn to Iridion after getting my Game Boy Advance. While its graphical effects offer a sense of depth, the game play really does not.

Basically, you move, and shoot. You can get some gun upgrades, but they're pretty wimpy. No bombs, no missiles, no neato invincibility or rapid-fire power ups. But then again, not all the early 2D shooters had those, either. If you think of Iridion as a really, really pretty 3D conversion of classic-style shooter games, you may enjoy it. Extremely pretty, but Star Fox for GBA it is not. If you like simple shoot-dodge-shoot gameplay, Iridion can be a blast. And if nothing else, it's a great way to show off what this little machine can do graphically.

Pros: Beautiful graphics, awesome music, game options saved with your level password.
Cons: Gameplay is about as deep as Britney Spear's personality, sound is not as good as the game's music, no cool power-ups, password save is kinda cheezy in this day and age.

This game looked very cool on the back when i got it.It had very good graphics. It does have very good graphics.It was my first GameBoy Advance i got and was I was amazed by the graphics. When i started the game i figured out how hard it was. It very challenging (You just have to practice ive only had this for two days) ,but in a way that is good because it lasts for a long time. It has 7 stages and a boss after every stage. Every time you beat a boss it gives you a password so you dont have to level 1 after you already beat it. The down side is however much life you had after you beat the boss is how much you have after you put in the password. So you have to do the whole game with only 5 lives (plus about three you get from killing guys) It is a great game but a little too challenging for me because im HORRIBLE at video games but i still like them. If you very bad at video games i suggest you buy a game like MarioKart Advance when it comes out. I think this game is worth the money.

When I first got this game it looked soooo cool because of the box.If they had let me test it or something in the store, then I would have turned it down right then. The graphics are pretty good but the rest of the game is REALLY bad.You can't even see what you are shooting at!? so, as a last word DON'T buy IRIDON 3D!!!!

I own this game and it sucks! A total waste of the GameBoy Advance's true programming and graphics, there's like 7 levels and all you do is fly around in a little spacecraft shoothing things that are coming after you. Believe me kids, you really don't wanna get it! IT'S HORRIBLE!!!!

barely ok game

I bought this for my import system a week ago because it was the only thing on the shelves. At first the sound and graphics look beyond any other handheld game around, but after a while I realise the game is very cheaply done, and the game skips with many sprites on the screen. With out the the scaling and fancy background movie that loops through out the game you end up with a point and click sort of game ends up flat. Its an ok launch title thats a little like Star Fox thats been hit with a hammer.

A must see, must get

What is wrong with the people who think this is a bad game. Every1 sayz that the prespective makes it hard to play or there's no action in the game just shooting and dodging. Well this game in my opinion is awesome. Yes, it isn't perfect, it can get a little frustrating, but don't ALL games get you a little frustrating? I think this game is very fun. The graphics made my jaw drop, and its very chalenging. The grapics are better than Tony Hawk 2 for GBA which gets all the hype. I'd like to credit the maker of this game for a job well done. Get this game!

This game is not bad! I bought this game because it was 5 bucks and my expectations were low. This game is fun!!! its not one your going to play nonstop on a plane to antartica, however. The game has obvious flaws, but it still fun for at least 5 or 6 hours. The major Problem is the password save. Also, it is very rare when the ship blocks your view, it happens like, once a level. For 5 dollars this game is a steal and you should buy it. (P.S- Come to E3 some time because ti is soooooo much fun.)

I saw a preview of this game and I think that it is really great! I pre-ordered this and I think that you should to. If you like futuristic racing while being able to shoot at other players this is definetly the game for you. Too bad however that it can be played by only one player but just because of this mistake doesn't meen you shouldn't get this great game. I can't wait until it comes out can you?
