I have been a Hulk fan for a long time. When I was 8 years old I painted my face with green once.
I have tried hulk games for super nes but that did not had the feeling I was looking for.
But this game has "it", with this is the way the Hulk is suposed to be.
To be invencible. To destroy the opponents with easy.
Your job is to find the way of a mase and in the meantime to destroy those little enemies.
Oh and the story is very good also.
You will enjoy this game very much.
WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP!

He's mean, he's green, and now he's got his own game cartridge. The Incredible Hulk is back in his original, well. . . Hulk-ness. Doctor Bruce Banner works in a military base in the desert. He is the inventor of Bomb 0. Suddenly a kid drives into the test area. His name is Ricky Jones (they don't mention his name in the game, just in some of the first comics). Bruce rushes out of the safety of the bunker to save him. He manages to get Ricky Jones, but just as he was about to get into the protective trench -- booom, the bomb goes off! Then you start the game. The whole thing follows the Hulk in a computer-made comic, so you start the game later, right as bruce turns into the Hulk. You can just be a "smasher" or try to tiptoe away from the fight. In all, there are about 33 levels. This is some game, it will take the best of GBA players a while. Yet, it gets a bit boring -- punching, smashing, but hey, there are some things you just step on, and they fall apart. Talk about fragile junk -- you can pick up barrels, boxes, and other stuff to throw at people. You can even pick a helicopter up off the ground -- sweet and destructive. The rating on the box is right (the one Amazon gave on their website musta screwed up) The real rating is "M," no it's "E." The Marvel fan, the game fan, and anyone will enjoy it. It automatically saves at the end of each level.
A nice game

The game is exelent.the graphics are super.the game has a lot of higly exiting, tough levels. Each level is divided in to 3-4 parts. The game saves itself at the end of each level. All in all the game is worth it's price. It is way better than the ps-2 version.
Best on Gameboy!!!

I think the gameboy game of the hulk is better than the Ps2 version. You get to fight cooler bosses like the Abomination, the Executer, and this giant robot. You also get more leves than the Ps2 version. You get a all new story to. This was very fun becouse every thing you ever have seen the hulk do you can do in this game. Great Graphics for a Gameboy game. Any fan of the comics, TV series, and movie should buy this. Its very fun!!!

I like this game. It is a mixture of puzzle and action(action bieng what you do the most). The fighting can get a little old and boring but it is ok. If you like Marvel comics and especaily like Hulk Get this now!
Buy the game on the other consoles not on GBA.

This isn't that great of a game. It only has 21 levels and there's nothing to unlock. Buy The Hulk for Game Cube, PC, Playstation 2, and X-Box instead of for GBA.
Almost perfectly captures the feel of the comic

While not perfect by any means, this GBA adaption of the The Incredible Hulk sucessfully captures the feel of the comic, and is better than it's home console bretheren. Played on an isometric point of view, you control The Hulk through 33 huge levels while walloping on the military and an array of tanks, missles, and other baddies. As you progress, you gain new abilities and attack combinations; meaning that you must play through the game aggressively to succeed. Also, many puzzle elements are involved, and while some are typical (a la flip to switch to keep going), it adds a more intelligent depth to the game instead of just bashing everything in sight. Boss battles are difficult as well, requiring you to strategize your attacks; all of this makes The Hulk much better than expected. Although the fighting elements can wear thin, there is still a bit of replay value to be had here with link cable abilities that add to the fun. The graphics are nicely rendered (and are almost reminiscent of the Hulk game released for 16 bit systems years ago), but don't push the system to it's limits. All in all, The Hulk is one of the better comic licensed games to be released for the GBA, which, along with the earlier released Iron Man, is better than Daredevil and X-Men: Reign of Apocalypse. Also recommended is Activision's Spider-Man games for the GBA which are nothing short of great.
