Only worthwhile for the L2 and R2 trigger grips.

As this has been said before, I'll keep this short. The armor is pointless, and actually inhibits the use of the start and select buttons. As my controllers are protected by silicone skins, I bought two of these strictly for the L2 and R2 trigger grips. They deliver as advertised. Don't bother here if you can find similar trigger grips elsewhere.
Not worth the money

Firstly, the armor is a waste of time and i have actually thrown it away. It hinders access to the select and start buttons.
Basically, you are paying $10 for a single piece of plastic on the right R2 trigger. (the one on the left isn't even necessary).
If u don't mind the price though, the trigger is a big help in first person shooters.
i keep hoping someone will put out a better controller as i am keen on another but i don't like the present controller
Nice little accessory

I would've paid $10 for the triggers alone! The armor is an extra bonus for me and makes this purchase a no-brainer. If you're into racing games and your fingers continually slip off the L2 R2 triggers, then get these.
I also purchased the 4 pack skins from Eforcity and the armor fits great on top of that. Worth every penny!

Do not buy. Piece of junk. The buttons are the only thing that is decent.
Improvement but not perfect..

This is an attempt to fix what Sony screwed up and had a chance to fix with the Dualshock 3 but chose not to. The trigger extensions work pretty well..they keep your fingers from slipping off but still don't supply the same kind of "feel" you get with the nearly perfect 360 controller triggers. The "armor" thing is pretty useless and tacky looking...I don't use that at all.
Triggers = Awesome, Armor = Useless

I think anyone can guess by looking at pictures that the armor is useless. It only protects the least vulnerable part of the controller. It's like putting a border fence on the moon, makes no sense. It does provide a mildly interesting two tone color scheme.
The only reason anyone would buy this is the trigger extenders and they are pretty cool. Maybe not $10 cool but it depends on how into your PS3 you are. They take a few minutes to get used to but so did the regular triggers. Once you get used to them I they feel better than the regular triggers. I feel ambivalent about this purchase. The triggers are cool but I would have rather paid half the price and not gotten the armor.
triggers are cool..... cover is a waste!

Let's get the bad out of the way - If you're buying this product for the controller armor (I dont know of anyone that is), dont waste your time. It doesnt fit either of my PS3 controllers (one is a dualshock and the other is a standarard sixaxis).
On to the good - The triggers are easy to apply and are very sturdy. When I first opened the package and looked at them, I didnt think they'd stay fastened under gameplay but I was wrong..... they're not going anywhere, but can be removed if needed. The only negative I have with them is that I get a bit of finger fatigue after playing for while. It seems that the triggers protrude a bit further away from the controller than the Xbox 360's triggers. So while it's a similar feel, it's not exactly the same, but an improvement none the less.
I recommend the trigger portion of the Armor package to anyone looking for better trigger control or to get a feel similar to the 360's triggers. For me, this was worth the price. As for the controller armor that didnt fit, I threw it directly into the aluminum recycle bin. ;-)
A+!

I purchased because i was having problems keeping grip on the L2 and R2 buttons due to my large hands.
This is how the controller should have come! It is 10x easier to use.
I would definitely recommend this product to ANYONE who has a ps3 controller, regardless of hand size. It just makes it so much more comfortable to use!
Armor pointless but trigger grips are helpful

I've never been a huge fan of the ps3 controller since the 360 one came out and it doesn't seem like sony cares to change their design at all except make the L2 and R2 different. The armor is kind of cool but i wouldn't this for that and all though $10 is a lot for two pieces of plastic its worth it for one controller.
Triggers are awesome, armor eh not so much.

The triggers are amazing work just like I wanted them to. But the armor keeps my controllers from fitting in their charging station, plus they make it very hard to hit the PS, Start, and Select if you have large fingers.
But the triggers are worth the price alone, if you happen to use/like the armor well then that's just a bonus.
