Fun, But A Little Odd

This is a pretty fun game. I like how you can breed your horses and I've gotten some of the coolest colors (even though a bit unrealistic). The shows are at first fun and challenging, but eventually they get a little old and it's really hard to get past the second show. I mostly like it because of the breeding which really is a lot of fun! My sisters and I each have our own special farm name which we always put in the beginning of each of our horses and foals we sell to the dealer. Everybody always seems to be aiming towards having the best horses (studs included)under their farm name. That part's really fun! Some of the odd parts are that the colors are sometimes very unrealistic and you can't even see the tack when you put it on your horse. Also, the graphics aren't very good and the horses look like they just stepped out of a cartoon coloring book. But that shouldn't stop you from getting this game if your kids are horse crazy. Believe me, they'll probably still like it!
Its pretty good

I have had this game for awhile. I like it, it is an ok game, the graphics are not that good but it you can get over that its really not that bad. I would say that anyone under the age of 11 would have a hard time playing this game because I am 15 and I would say thats it is hard to keep your horse farm going. What i found was the best way to do that is to keep breeding my horses. I do like the game and play it when i am bored but it is not addicting. I would give it a 3 out of 5.
I love this game

The game is fairly hard. I bought it for my daughter but have ended up playing it for her. I'm 23 and am struggling with it. It can also get very boring and repetitive. I've played 30 rounds and havent even been able to place in the competition.
realistic

We had borrowed this from the library and I ended up purchasing our own copy. Very realistic, the kids have to take care of all aspects of their horses and learn how to run the farm. Keeping track of their money and expenses. My 8 yo enjoys it. My 5 yo has fun playing but still doesn't get the money part of it of course. I even enjoy it!
this game is sort of pointless

I got this game about two years ago when I was 13. Its VERY fun, but it took me TWO years playing off and on to get my horse a class M. And the M show is IMPOSSIBLE!! The other players on the M show get times of like, 2 min and 45 seconds for SIX laps around. I keep getting like 3 min and 30 sec!! Does anyone have a pattern or somthing to get through this course???
could be Wayyyyyyy better.

The graphics are clear, but they are bad! Horses look nothing like that and it is really gross! I would say get it for the younger kids, because they won't care.
There is nothing to do with the game except earn money, build your hotel, and keep your horse from getting sick. You don't get to ride that often because it said "you have ridden enough for this round" and it is very enoying. you can't pay enough monay to keep more than one horse, but you need to jump them to earn money so you can build your hotel / parking lot / jumping corse / breeding paddock / ect. But you can't do that unless you can jump the horse alot, and you can't. It is easy to go 'bankrupt' so I would say this game is not for little kids because of the money dealing.
not for older kids because of the dumbness of the horses look, not for younger kids because of the money problems.
So don't get this game!
Fairly boring, not intuitive

My daughter and another second-grade friend both got bored of this game after 20 minutes of staring at a horse standing in a stall and listening to a cat meow. The controls are not very logical, and there is no animation to speak of.
The coolest game about horses

It is the coolest game about horses. It teaches the most important basic about caring for horses and riding horses. It is a bit confusing at the beginning and a little help from Mom or Dad should be welcome, even though my daughter found things that I did not, it's a team effort at the beginning. After that it's just very pleasurable, and can go on for ever. According to my daughter it is very addictive (!!) and she has already Dreamer and Lets ride. OK it's not high visual 3D as the others, but let's face it, a lot more entertaining.
In all it is a real cool game, and worth the 5 stars. Perfect gift, and good for Mom and Dad also....
