great game this game rocks but if you look at the rating and you dont like get it at blockbosters first

This game is bad! And not in a good way. I have not been overly impressed with any of the XBox titles to date. And this game is no exception. The create a character is a cool option. To bad all the ones you create will [stink]. I thought WWF Raw was bad. It is a master piece compared to this game. The graphics are great and that is about all that stands out with this game. The bottom line is this game is just not overly impressive. That's to bad. If the XBox doesn't get some great or even good games out quick it will not be around much longer. Save your money. This game stinks!

I bought the Dreamcast version of this game and thought it was one of the best. When I got my X-Box, I figured that the X-Box version would blow away the Dreamcast version. I guess my expectations were too high.
There are alot of extra features compared to the Dreamcast version, but I honestly don't think that the quality is as good. The voices don't match up with the animations and the graphics are average. What happened to Card Girl!? She looks so much better on the Dreamcast.
The sound of the audience is absolutely annoying. I have to play this game with the volume off. It's a very tinny, high pitched background noise that is just irritating.
Would I buy this game again? Heck yes!
This is one of the best fighting games out there. The moves are realistic and there's actually alot of depth to the fighting system once you really learn how to play. The lasting value of the game comes from playing against your friends. Everyone seems to have their favorite fighter and style that the arguments never end. That's o.k., because it's easily settled with a video smackdown.

this game really makes you feel like you're dealing with the real thing,the fighters are true to their real-life counterparts in terms of moves,styles and appearences.definitly a game to own!

This is an amazing game! The grafix are amazing the fighters look and move completley realistic. The play control is very quick, accurite, realistic while keeping it simple, and allowing you to do great combonations that are different for all 28 real fighters. It is also a very different fighting game than any other, because it looks and feels like a real fight, the outcomes are never the same, you can fight to a decision, knock some one out cold, or win tn thirty seconds from a tap out. This game also lets you fight from seven different positions with different moves in every position. After playing this game all other fighting games feel increaibly slow, with unrealistic moves, and you will get frustrated at the unresponsive, and slow play control.
This is the most ground breaking fighting game sense Street Fighter 2, and will raise the bar for all others in the future.

this game is one of the best fight games i have played. there are some aspects of the game which are annoying (which someone else listed in there reviews but the actuall game is alot of fun like their supposed to be

Having just bought this game today, I haven't had a chance to take full advantage of all the characters yet, nor have I mastered most of the moves. However, I am very pleased with this game thus far.
The game's graphics are excellent, and the fighters move at a believable speed. The game will be even better after you master a particular fighter, and find a worthy opponent. I can see a lot of enjoyment coming out of the two-player feature of this game.
On the negative side, some people might be disappointed with how quickly a fight can end. Even if your fighter has full strength, if he suddenly gets caught in a submission hold, it's over. The biggest problem is probably the complete lack of direction from the instruction manual. You have to stop the fight to see a full list of your character's moves, and even then, there is no real information on what the move is - the game just shows you what buttons you can push to do a move, and not what that move may be.
A suggestion I would like to make for future versions of this game would be the inclusion of a training mode, where you can see every move your fighter can do while working with a "dummy" fighter. Overall, I am still very pleased with this game. People who were let down by the pitiful "WWF Raw" might want to consider giving this game a try.

I have played this game, and their are two many things wrong with is. first their is no point to it, their is not enought action and the game is just boring

PLEASE DO NOT BUY. This is a terrible game and a waste of your money. It was so bad, I bought it and sold it back for less than 40% of its price in order to get rid of it. This game was not worth waiting two months for its release. It deserves 0 stars, but 1 is the minimum.
