not so coolboarders

this game did not live up to the name "cool boarder" it is the worst of the four and i rcemend you purchase coolboarders 2

I have to admit I loved the first one; however' the second and third were not worth renting. Cool Borders 4 tops them all. The fourth in the series allows a lot of freedom with tricks. The only down side is that once you master it in a week or so you get bored with it.

Overall the game appears to be slick and a great addition to the series. It does have newer graphics and much better animae however it fails to deliver the excitment and challenges that Cool Boarders 2 provided. In addition there is no real system of moving through a competition. Head to head is not near the excitement of C2.

I recommend renting it at Blockbusters rather than buying. One session and it WILL be returned.

Enough fun to last about 3 months

This is an Ok game, but it could be much better. There is only one skill level, and it is pretty easy.Tournament mode is sort of hard, the first time, but altogether, it is easy. I beat all the tournaments in 3 months, and then the game got boring. Graphics and sounds were pretty good, but if you want a game that has more than that, I would suggest a different game.

Hard start, fun in between, but like any game, gets old.

Cool Boarders 3 is more advanced than Cool Boarders 1 or 2. It is the best of snowboarding games out there although this game is particularly more difficult to ascertain a hold on it. It's tricks are very elaborate but the speed of the game and the difficulty of the tricks make it a hard game to master. Going to the learning section on the game is probably the best tecnique before trying to master the halfpipe or even the regular arcade. =) Is that any help?

Cool Boarders 3 is a great snowboarding game. As soon as I began to play it, I loved it much more than Cool Boarders 2. This game has awesome graphics of the snowboarders while they are on the course. Also some of the backgrounds are flat-out amazing but the trees and stumps could've been a lot better. This game uses fast realistic-style Snowboarding for enough fun to last a while. This game also includes tons of awesome new tricks. Also the number of different modes is great but when you play angainst the CPU the game is just plain easy. I give it 4 out of 5 so it is still a very cool game. I haven't played Cool Boarders 4 but I can only imagine what EA has done this time...

I thought the game needed some better moves like hitting your opponet whike you are racing 1 on 1. Also the players could go a little faster. The boards were great but the women needed to be better because the weren't very fast or any better than the men. Over all it was an alright game.

This game is great. It takes a while to learn some of the tricks, but once you do it is so fun to play. I would advise everybody to go out and buy it.

Ah yes, the much anticipated sequal of Cool Boarders 1&2. For starters I want to say that this game is great! It has good handling,plenty of boards and the characters are good. A couple bad things are that when you are playing split screen mode and a player crashes, it slows you down and gameplay becomes choppy. The other thing is that some of the graphics arent that good. But other than that, this game is a classic! Like a said, a good game, for a good price.

Not the best or most innovative game, but my wife loves it... MY WIFE! She'll come home from work, act like she's busy doing something, and say "want to snow board?" We'll play for hours.
