best, most real fishing game invented

This game is by far the best most acurate fishing game ever made. It even comes with it's own controller that is used just like a real rod. To cast you must swing you arm to get the lure into the water. The same goes for setting the hook when you get a bite. You must jerk your arm back to set it or the fish will get away.

The best part about this game is that you cannot see the fish in the water. When you are fishing you must look for locations that would produce fish, also you must use your fish finder too. It's very real, seasons change in real life and they do in the game as well. In real life you must change locations when seasons change so in the game much is the same.

The level of game play can also change. You can fish in free fish mode. This mode lets you enjoy fishing at your own pace, so you can bulid your skills for the Tournament mode. This mode lets you compete with other anglers for the 1st place spot in the championship. You must learn how to fish under all differnt conditions rain, cold weather, windy, and warm.

This game was made for the fisherman by fisherman. Something you do not see when it comes to outdoor games. Usually games are very unreal, leading to disapointing purchase. Not with this game you will begin happy and end happy!!!!

The game also has many kinds of fish not just bass. There is Trout,Blue Gill,Carp,Snakehead,Largemouth Bass,Smallmouth Bass,Spotted Bass,Florida Bass, and others. pick up a copy you will be impressed. But I'm not liable for sore fingers due to extended game play because it will be hard to put down!!!!!! Enjoy, and good fishing!

This is the best fishing game ever. My only concern is that agetec has taken so long to bring us Bass Landing 2. We are waiting

I've played about every fishing game possible and this one is the best ever. It definitely is the most addictive game ever. My biggest bass so far is over 14 pounds. I do recomend this game to anyone. I have only two problems with it, I would have liked it if there were more lakes and more tournaments. Exelent

The game is good on it's own, but it's a MUST HAVE for the controller! While this game is not as easy as some fishing games (digital fish finder, and not an underwater view.) the robust tutorial mode will have you out on the lake and catching lunkers in no time. It will help you pick lures and land lunker sized bass in other games as well(Great for picking up the Bass fishing basicsbasics!) In addition, it provides great real-world bass fishing tips, tricks, and training (when to use certain lures, ways to cast, ways to do lure action). There are a variety of lakes to choose from, and a couple of different kinds of fish to catch. The tournaments are very challenging, and completeing them all gives you a special reward.

The fishing controller is what makes this a sweet deal. It's compatible with almost every fishing game out there, and adds to the realism of the game. Sometimes with some games the casting is a little sketchy (I thought I put more oomph in it than that???), but all in all it's a nice piece of hardware that makes a good game better.

I bought this game for my 12 year old. He landed a bass the first time he played. This has gotten the whole family playing! At first it is a little overwhelming especially if you try to jump right in without reading the instructions. When you finally do take the time it turns out to be a really fun game. Very realistic.

My dad's friend let me and my sister borrow this game, and it ROCKS! The music intenses a lot to great guitars and stuff when you hook a fish. There must be about a million different lures, and they all have several weights. Some float, some sink. And, you can change the color to make it more appealing and natural. It's pretty hard to find a good spot, but once you do, and the fish start biting, it's awesome. You have to move your rod up and down and left and right. You also have to watch out not to break the line(Like I did and we had to reset). It's also neat to get into contests to see who has the biggest fish, in length and weight. There are also four different lakes, with different secluded spots to fish in. The controller is also cool, because it has a spinning reel on the side and the thing rumbles like crazy when you're fighting a fish. It's definetaly a great buy.

This is the best fishing game ever. It is just as though I am in a boat fishing for real! It is a little hard to reel in the larger Bass,but with time everyone will learn how to. Can't wait for a part 2.

Now I can fish all the time and really catch some big ones.

I have been an avid fisherman for over 50 years and live right in big bass country in Eustis, FL; but this game really is fun and I can catch smallmouth and rainbow trout (can't do that in central FL). The more you play the better it gets. . I just wish I could use big shiners and other live bait. Also, wish there was a grouper and snapper section. Snook? Have caught over 25 bass (in real life) over 8# and biggest 11#12oz, but have lost the all the big bass on bass landing so far. Have to pull your rod down before they jump close in. I had one fish pull out 180 feet of line this week but finally landed a 4.5# rainbow trout in the Mountain Lake. Going to fish the third lake right now.

this game was a big stinker! I love fishing games but this one was too hard.It only gets one star but it gets two because the controller is really cool! Tight Lines!

Bass Landing is the best and most realistic fishing game available. It is a wonderfully intense experience trying to catch the "big one" on a variety of lakes. One of the best features is the realistic action fishing controller, shaped and used as if it were a real rod. Another bonus is the above water perspective that effectively mimics real life fishing, you can't see underwater. Another plus is the replay mode where you can watch the action underwater as you land your fish. The game has an extensive training session and enough variety in tackle to lend to lenghty replay value. Absolutely the best fishing game there is....buy it now! Sir Jub-Jub loves fish.
