This game takes Resident Evil to the next level!
The graphics are amazing and the weapons and gameplay makes it a perfect gift for mature people. This game contains alot of graphic violence and gore. Do not buy for the quezy.
Otherwise the game is a work of art.

Im 14 and I Loved This Game

The Collectors tin is very detailed but a bit fragile. The "Leon" laser cell is awsome.

If you are going to buy JUST WAIT FOR PS2 VERSION.
NEW WEAPONS NEW LASER CELL AND NEW BOOKLET

Ugh! The meat here is rotten

But I could use a big juicy steak about now
Pros:
-Crazy graphics
-Addictive like cockane(Seriously Horror games aren't THIS addictive)
-No more camera issues(Behind the back is freakin' awsome)
-Upgrading weapons is nice, if u got mad cash
-Pretty funny dialouge
-Good Story
-Challenging boss fights(Some of them are nothin fo $#%% with
-Guiding and gaurding Ashley around reminded me of Ico(Ah.... memories)
-Solving puzzles weren't very hard which was good
-convincing music(Even when I'm walking around with my 45 with 7 bullets, I still felt like something was gonna get me)
-With a 45 magnum, AWWWWW IT'S OVER FOR MY ENEMIES!
-combining herbs can increase your regular health, fully restore health, or both(Nice)
-Siniping is fun(It does modo damage, and it's pretty addictive)
-19 hours is a bit long for a horor game(But with an addicive game like this I wish it went on longer
-After beating the fun journey you get to unlock some nice goodies:
--Assignment Ada(Which has some of her story told as to why she's on the island)
--Mercinaries:An awsome level where you get to shoot up zombie mo-fo's and unlock characters if you get a high rank
--And you get to buy a infinite Rocket Launcher from the merchent(OH YEA!! No more rockets with one shot, which makes you feel like you wasted $30,000)
--Did I mention this shoots the replay value up?
-All weapons got nice lazer beams for percision
-Nice voice acting
-A couple of rememinices of Capcom's Devil May Cry
-A lot of memories can be found in this game, ex. the main character
-For those who thought this series would never get better 3 letters RE4, ok 2 letters and a number
-This is by far the best game I have played on gamecube
Cons:
-Booby traps(AHH!! a snake in a crate!! Ow a motherfudgin' beartrap Ow-how-ow!!)
-Protecting the girl can be bothersome(especially if you're fighting a hard enemy of some sort)
-If I get too trigger happy, I'll be fighting off zombies with a knife
-Wolf type zombies SUCK!! The charge you and even if you rotate fast, they geta good chunk outta ya.
-Why spend $30,000 on something you're gonna use once(The Rocket launcher. Why can't you just pick up rockets, I mean even Zombies use rockets and guns sometimes; and I always thought zombies were stupid and didn't know jack, unless it was eat humans, walk around slow and stupid, and uh eat humans)
-When I beat it the game felt kinda short, cuz I just woke up and thought of 5-7 more hours of meyham, and iteas over in 1 hour, and it leaves you on somewhat of cliffhanger(Hopefully the next Resident evil might clear it up)
-Some bosses leave you with hardly any ammo, or health(They leave a bit of cash tho, but I gotta wonder how long I'll last before I meet the merchant)
-Weapon upgrades and stuff are expensive(Thus making me sell stuff I don't wanna sell, or fight zombies with low health just to get some health spray, when I'm outta green herbs, or eggs)

When Resident Evil was remade for gamecube, that felt like a big juicy steak going down my throat, it blew the PSX versoin away like an atomic bomb, Resident evil 0 was a nice addition that showed that the RE series was right at home on the cube, but then when Capcom the didn't even try on the remakes of resident evil 2, 3 and code veronica X, the meat was getting rotten, but Capcom got off their @$$es and wanted to make this game the best horror game avalible. I don't know about y'all but htis game was like a steak with perfect seasoning. It just landed everything right. But watch out, if you're in the dark playing this game, it might be a little hazardous to your heart. Not as scary as Fatal Frame 2, but pretty dang scary, and better. Anyone with a gamecube without plans to pick this up, you shound be slapped, cuz this is the best horror game I've ever played, and one of the greatest games of all time.

Peace

10 bucks extra, not too shabby for hard core RE fans!!!

I bought the Resident Evil Bonus Tin and have to say that it "can" be worth it! If you're a resident evil fan and willing to blow 10 extra buck for the Tin case (Somewhat fragile), a limited edition "laser" cell art card along with a "CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY" which there are only 48000 of it out there, a 20 page prologue book, of course the game (2-disc), and a bonus CD containg samples from the Resident evil movies.

Not too bad thinking about the cost of an extra $10 to get all that with the game. Again, Resident evil fans such as myself would use the extra $10 to get all that and keep as a collection item, not opening the laser cell art card, keeping all the items in the tin but of course, open the game and play it and just treasure something that's hard to find now!

So buyers, if you're a Resident evil fan, why not use an extra $10 to get all the ones I mentioned above? It's nice to keep! To tell you the truth, all those items together should cost more than $10 but hey, maybe Capcom is being generous for such a wonderful game and comeback after all the other generic substitutions of other resident evil games out there such as "Outbreak" and "Dead Aim!"

You might want to think about it before you go crazy that there are none out there except maybe on Ebay!

~(OLLE(TOR'S T|N PERSPECTIVE~

While I can acknowledge, along with every other gamer, that "Resident Evil 4" is a great gamecube title, is the Collector's Tin worth the extra dies dolares (10 bucks in spanish) added from the original price? That depends.

The Collector's Tin has a solid metal packaging that's looks cool in its overall red pallete with a rough title logo, even though it's not exactly rigid to take on heavy damage, and the "Gamestop" logo on the front can be bothersome to look at. Other than the game itself, the Tin also contains a mini-art book, which is actually a 22-page digest recaping on the past RE games other than an actual art book. It also includes an authentic cel art of Leon. Because of the size of the package, however, the cel art is short and the art isn't exactly high-res. For those who are think about the free soundtrack it offers, BE WARN. This "Resident Evil 4" soundtrack is actually A MUSIC SAMPLER CONTAINING 6 METAL SONGS FROM THE RESIDENT EVIL MOVIES. So if you're hoping for some ambient tracks from the game, don't bother with this soundtrack offer.

Overall, is it worth it? Personally, this item doesn't do justice, becuase I thought the Collector's Tin would have more oomph in its inclusions, but what it has, it doesn't offer much. If you're THAT big of a "Resident Evil" fan and the packaging and what it offers looks cool, go ahead and spend it. Gamers should rather save the ten bucks and get the original game.

JUGDEMENT: Avoid.

I pre ordered this tin along with three others for Christmas gifts and when we got them it's a awsome gift and game. The tin is cool coming with a laser printed picture and a history book of the Resident Evil series. I pre ordered mine and it came with a soundtrack which I don't know if it comes with this one. I reccomend buying this though best game ever played through the whole thing twice now. Just buy it you'll never regret it.
