If the full version is anything like the demo, Activision will almost certainly score big with EF2. This game has the potential to be the best selling Trek game of all time. I think the fan base will eat it up, and all FPS lovers alike will enjoy it even if they are not into Trek. I am very impressed with the demo, and anxiously await the release of the full version this week.

If you are a star trek nut like me this is the game for you
Spock couldn't have made a better game even though he came back from the dead I couldn't have seen that coming myself! Spock is such a great guy! McCoy was the best doctor he could mend anything from a space rash to a bird of prey attack. The way Kirk escaped the GIANT PLANET EATER! is amazing! They needed more Spock in this video game more he is the best he is also as cool as Picard he is the best! This game is good. But Star Trek the show is much much better. Live Long and Prosper.

This purchase for me is a no brainer. I haven't been really "moved" by a game in ages, since half life 1. This game..... INTENSE action and the enemy's are incredible... The graphics are intense and VERY detailed. You won't believe your eyes. Creepy and excellent gameplay give this game a BIG thumbs up from me. I thought Elite Force 1 was toooo easy... This follow up is RIGHT ON THE MONEY... Thank god, a decent game for the summer.

This is an excellent game. A significant inprovement to Armada 1. You can take control of six races and battle each other in Instant Action or Multiplayer! There are three campaigns in single player, and they are very nicely detailed. A must get!

I played this game ad infnitum; the gameplay and graphics are great, although I wish that the economic model wasn't so stingy with the X-Generation ships. I found that an XCA or XCB was more than a match for just about any battleship. The Romulan, Gorn and Hydran X-ships were the best (the Romulan and Gorn varients tended to copy each other), while I found the ISC to be good in concept, but underpowered, the Mirak and Klingon just okay, the Federation variants a bit hard to master - but well worth the effort - and the Lyran X-varients decidedly inferior. The game tended to crash if you were playing either as a part of the pirate cartels or against them, and if you were playing as the Lyrans and used your ESG's to ram, the game would generate an aural artifact that would continue well after the end of the scenrio. Still, all in all, a better game than SFC II due to the inclusion of the X-Ships.

This is a great game with excellent graphics and story plot. In truth I only wish there were more eipsodes.

One of the best star trek games of all time, along with klingon academy, The Dominion War,and the first voyager. PEACE: Don't need to say another word, the game speaks for itself.........

The orginal Amarda is much better. The good points is the new ships -- especially for the borg.

It's a lot of fun except for the noise problem. We aren't able to play this game for more than 20 minutes without the sound going birzerkers! A horrible sound starts that covers all the dialogue. I have tried multiple times to get support from the vendor, but can't get through. If I could find the fix for this problem, I'd rate the game at 5 stars. Maybe it's because it's an old game and we have a new PC.
