Not the best stories in the Nancy Drew series. Hopefully future releases will be better.

12-year-old loves these games but they were hard to install on XP. First, you have to run it from the disk by double-clicking on the setup.exe. Secondly, we finally found this hint buried in manufacturer's FAQs: when it asks you if it should install DirectX (I think that was the file)--just say NO. XP has a newer version of DirectX and you should keep that version.

Might have been a better experience if the game had allowed me to save, didn't freeze up or the video display worked consistently. The puzzles were not outrageously difficuly. It's hard to be objective about the story line and puzzle content when I experienced so many software glitches playing the game.

These games are great! my daughter, who is 14, and I love to play them together. I also have Windows XP operating system. I had to update my Flash player to play it, but that is free online. If you use the analyze my computer at the installation of the game it will tell you what you need to do to make the games play correctly.

UNFORTUNATELY THE BOXES THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED IN WERE BROKEN AND
2 OF THE CD.'S WERE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPMENT. HOWEVER THE REMAINDER WAS IN GREAT SHAPE AND I WILL PURCHASE MORE ITEMS IN THE FUTURE FROM THE SUPPLIER THANK YOU

i love treasure in the royal tower!
it was my first nancy drew game.
i also have danger on deception island.
it is my all-time favorete nancy drew ever!
i really recomend both of them.
