When I brought catz 5 a little while ago, I thought that it was going to be really dull and a big cartoon thing but its not. Its a really good game and the characters stand out and everything. I gave this game a 5 star rating because it is just brilliant and no dissapointments. It was definitly worth the money!!!

Hey ive always wanted the Petz games. I got Catz4 and Dogz4 but my computer was too slow. Not soon after we got a new computer that was xp. And my computer was too fast for it. Ive been waiting for Dogz and Catz 5 to come out cuz i had to take the Petz 4 back. Now i just have to get enogh money.LOL The game seems great, you get new litters with more babies and new breeds and play scenes.

the catz game is one of my favorite, but it could be better. like teach tricks and enter contests. here are the cons.

-bad graphics
-no challeng
-very limited choices
-un fun backrounds

i got a nintendo ds and got the nintendogs game and its a blast
sooooooooooooo fun. get a ds and that game. its worth 200 dollars!!!!!!!!1

I must admit I was a bit disapointed about petz 5, I was annoyed that ubisoft changed it so you play it their way if that makes any sense, you can't do any time forwarding, I can't find petz profile anywhere maybe it is just some place else but I think they took that feauture out so you couldn't tell how old your petz are so you can start breeding... if this were the first version I would give a 5 star all the way but this is the fifth version, there was so much more they could have done with it like password protection, more new breedz (rather than five), and so my rating would have to be 3 or 4 stars.

I love Catz 4 and Dogz 4,I have both of them in my computer so it makes Petz 4!Me and my friend shared it,but now there is a 'Catz 5' and a 'Dogz 5' I'm really willing to buy it,but I don't know when.I'm gunna get my very own computer on Christmas,I don't know when I can get those new Cdz,thee Catz 5 and Dogz 5 !!!!!!Well,I don't really want to have the Babyz though........

Catz 5 is kinda doppy. You choose catz from like 15 breedz and love em and feed em and care for em. When they are adults, they can breed and care less about you. You get a certificate of happiness. You play with them for two hours and then they get boring. My catz are terrible. They ran away from. I would rather just return this game.

I don't yet have Catz 5 or Dogz 5 or any of the Petz series but I am going to buy Catz 5 with my allowance. I have some games I am selling (because Mom says I have too many) so I can get this game. I have read every review and I have a few pros and cons:
PROS
-New Breedz
-Litterz of up to 4 kittenz
-Fun Playscenes
CONS
-Bad Mini Games
-Confusing Weather
A tip about the weather: Weather can change from rainy or snowy to sunny (or vice-versa) in a few seconds. So the time it takes to get from an inside playscene to an outside one, the weather could easily change.

This game is so much fun! You get to play with your pets, feed them, groom them and they can even fall in love and have kittens.
The graphics on this game are just fine in my opinion.
This game gets two thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!
