save yourself the pain, DO NOT BUY THIS EXCUSE FOR A GAME

We ordered the Reel Deal Vegas from Amazon.com in the beginning of February. When it eventually arrived,(three weeks later, thank you Amazon.Com) we could not play the game because we needed patches.

We got the patches, lucky us.

We had originally ordered Real Deel Slots in December and we were very happy with it. This game is great! It was supposed to be in partnership with Reel Deal Vegas and the games enjoyment would be doubled. But,
when we downloaded the patches to Reel Deal Vegas, all of the information for Reel Deal Slots was erased.

We would request another patch, (they have so many patches it makes us wonder why they cannot just make a good product) but why try?

It is an inferior product and if you are thinking of buying it, save yourself the pain.

This Game continually crashes on my PC. I'm not sure what the problem is. It might be that I just started using XP on my new dell PC.

Hard to play

While I have several Reel Deal slots/casino games, this is the worst one to play. It takes forever to launch. And during play of the game Triple Play, the game freezes up during play. You then have to exit game, and forfeit any monies won. Customer services is a joke. I've emailed them regarding my problems, and have received no response at all. This game is a waste of money.

This game has good graphics. Game play is ok I have had trouble with the game cutting off. so I consider it average.

A really unique Casino experience

As a standalone, the Phantom EFX games are pretty nice. The games are fun and Phantom has had better video slots than Hoyle for a long time (Hoyle hasn't even really had video slots!).

What makes this product phenomenal is that when you get any combination of Vegas Casino Experience, High Roller Casino, Gold Rush Casino, Gold Rush slots, Bonus Mania slots or Mystic Slots, and you pay a minimal up to $10 a month fee (three different paying planes), these games will form into a single monolithic casino. This adds an incredible amount of greatness to the product, because unlike Hoyle where each following release is standalone, you can continue building up your casino with Phantom EFX's product.

If you want to just buy a standalone casino, I would suggest the Gold Rush one because it has real life sports betting, ie NFL, NHL, College, etc...

The one downside, which was alluded to by others are the patches. These games get patched a bit. The process isn't too bad... once you know the drill. And if you have Vista, download the Vista installer first!!! And once you have everything installed the first time and you try to go online, it may take an hour+ to download other parts of the program (this process is automatic), but if you are still using dial-up, this program is not for you. But trust me, if you like the Casino experience, it will be worth the wait!

I got this game from a girlfriend along with the Bonus Mania. I knew how to play different Poker games, and had played on other sites. But, once I got my games installed and entered the site, this was a much better playing atmosphere. People were helpful in answering my questions. Once I made it known I was new to this site, everyone, the admins and players were more than willing to answer any questions I had. There is even a feature that I can use to page the admins when I need help. I even had a problem with my game not loading one day, but, called the number listed for Phantom, and the staff helped me to get right back in the game. Some of the games I did not know how to play, but there was a menu area right in the game that explained how it was played. Love this, but, it would not be complete without the Bonus Mania cd, this is the one that has slot games. So by having both, I don't miss out on anything. And can join in and play the tournaments against people all over the world. Love it!
I will be buying all the other Phantom games too after hearing so much about them :)

This game is wonderful and can be used in connection with the Bonus Mania cd... they combine and make a huge casino filled with slots, card games, slot and card tournaments... the more you play.. the more you win... I have a suite that I have won and filled with furniture and I can invite guests to my room..Soon I will be getting virtual games in my room for myself and my friends to play..There is an online chat and I have made so many new friends... It doesn't get any better than this!!!

If you're a poker player, this is the game for you. Tournaments on the hr and a great fun atmosphere. There is a variety of other table games too, and some slots. The companion game for this is Vegas Experience.

Both games can be played offline, but online is where the real fun is. When you get to a certain player level you get your own suite and you can pimp it out the way you like it...sorry no hookers allowed....lol

If you are into Computer Casino Games then this is a must have for you. Stunning Graphics, MP3 Music, Live on line tournaments against real people, Tutorials for beginers, and the ability to advance with in the game to earn more enhancments and other cool stuff.
This game is a must as is its partner Bonus Mania, which along with this games create a whole casino online ( without robbing you blind)

If you like cyber gambling then you will love this. It has it all, slots, poker, table games, keno, bingo, you name it.

If you like online play, this game combines with Bonus Mania to form one huge casino, complete with tournaments every hr for slots, table games and poker. As you gain in experience you will get your own suite that you can furnish as you wish.

I ghighly recommend picking up both games at one time because, trust me, after you log in and play for while, you will want both!!
