Too short, but still challenging

This game is good, I loved every minute of career mode. Only problem was, I wished for more minutes of career mode. I bought it wednesday, started playing thursday, by sunday, the career mode was over.Oh, yeah, I barely played at all friday.....For the upside, some of the races were really challenging, having to play them numerous times to win. Especially some of the later races. Even with the SLR McLaren completely modded out, i still had to race Darius way too many times. They certainly give you a challenge racing the main man. But then again, if they didnt, it wouldnt have been as fun. I love cursing out games for nearly an hour to beat one race. Fun game overall, buy it if you are a die hard fan or want something to learn on. If you want something more challenging though, go with NFS: Most Wanted if you havent already. It is way more challenging and difficult. No bounty requirements in career mode in Carbon. Also, crewmembers can get in the way if you arent paying attention and even if you are, they will still slam on their brakes on the slightest of corners.

I love this game. You should buy the collector's edition instead, because there are more cars available in it. It is a lot of fun, especially in the canyon races. This game is challenging at the end, but the story flows nicely. The only complaint I have is about the cars. I love drifting and tuners. Since they combined those two elements, they should have at least included a 240sx, whether it would be a S13, S14, S15. Overall this game is very well worth $40.00.

It's fun because when you customize cars, it gives you another star, another track, to race. The cars are cool once you customize them. The racing is pretty challenging once you get up to the first town leader.

I got this game for my 14 year old son. He LOVES it! i have a house with two teen boys and a husband who thinks he's a teenager and they love to take turns racing one another. It gives me tons of time to do what i love which is NOT video games. They get to make up thier own cars and designs on the cars, and they get to race till thier hearts are content. Hours and hours of fun for them (and quiet for me). I suggest this game for any kid (or husband who acts like a kid).

Need for Speed Carbon

This is a pretty good game. It like most all the need for speed games and this one is exciting due to the racing and running aspect and with partners on a crew . Pretty interesting concept and has worked fine thus far . The game is fast and competitive . Great game !!

Very Fun and Very Customizable

This game run's neck-and-neck with Need for Speed: Most Wanted. The graphics are great, the gameplay is great, and the level of customization is great.

There are far less police chases than Most Wanted and it's a bit easier to get away. It seemed to track the cost to state and bounty, but didn't do anything with them.

They also resurrected the drift tracks...so much fun!

In a Risk-type manner you take over territories. With each race you unlock parts/customizations and with each territory you unlock cars. Also, if you do all the races in an area you get an added bonus.

In this one you get a crew. Each crew member has different qualities (both on and off the road). If you want to come in second every race, then get a scout and enjoy "Team Member Won" wins. If you want to be first and hear funny quips, get a blocker.

Some crew members unlock customizations, others unlock racing bonuses. Personally, I prefer the bonuses.

I am very disappointed in this game. I loved the others in the Need for Speed series, but I find this game lacking.

This video game is o.k., but it hasen't changed much!

Like the some of the same cars, some of the same customization, some of the same street race action and some of the same police action!

I wouldn't recommend this video game!
