THIS GAME SUCKS!

I WAS REALLY HOPING TO GET THIS GAME. BUT I COULDN'T BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY. SO I DOWNLOADED IT, I WAS GETTING PRETTY EXCITED, BUT WHEN I STARTED TO PLAY, I MADE MY PERSON, AND WHEN I SAW THE HORSE, I FREAKED! IT WAS SOOOO UGLY! IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS MADE OF CLAY!!! SO I MADE THE HORSE. I WAS GOING TO GO GROOM AND FEED MY HORSE WHEN I NOTICED THAT YOU CAN ONLY FEED IT AN APPLE OR CARROT! SO THEN I WANTED TO GROOM IT, AND ALL YOU DO IS RUN A BRUSH OVER IT! NO DIRT! NO NOTHING!!! DON'T GET THIS GAME! IT SUCKS! WHEN YOU RIDE, YOU CAN ONLY BARROL RACE, BORING!! ITS SOOOOOOOO STUPID! MY FRIEND GOT IT FOR CHRISTMAS, AND SHE BEAT IT I THINK 46 ITMES!!! PLEASE DON'T GET THIS GAME! YOUR BREAK YOUR LITTLE HEART!!! IT SUCKS!!!

Short game, not worth the money.

I got this game for Christmas a while back, and only recently did I start playing with it again. This game is the easiest to beat, and I have no doubts at all that a four year old could beat the game within a few hours.

First of all, "decorating" your character is just picking the color of your character's shirt, pants, hat, and shoes. Which, by the way, is not a large selection. The horses lack selection aswell.

Second of all, there are only three options when you finally start the game. You can practice, show, or do the impossible stunts in the pasture.
PRACTICING: Simply being timed while running around three barrels. Gets pretty boring.
SHOWING: The same barrels and same competition everytime. Even the scenery is the same, no matter what competition, but oh, the colors sometimes change.
PASTURE: First in the barrels, then impossibly timed patterns.

There is also a glitch that occurred on my game, where you could get a zebra or a giraffe (colored) horse. I got both while I could, which made the game a little more fun. But then, once I beat the game with both, it seemed useless to keep them.

Once you beat the last show, that's the only show that you can go back too. It's extremely easy to beat this game, except for the pasture patterns, which are just frustrating.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. It is NOT worth it's price. As a Western rider myself, I am sorely dissapointed in just about the only western horse game made.

It's okay, but there are so many other better games...

I beat this game in one hour. You don't take care of your horse. There is no plotline, you just ride in the competition or the practice ring. This might be great for a younger fan or novice equestrian, but of the games I have played, Saddle Up: Time To Ride and Saddle Up with Pippa Funnell are the best riding games out there.

My 10 yr old daughter played it for 30 minutes and said she didn't like it, and hasn't played it since.

I got this game for Christmas, and it is really boring. Once you finish your barrel racing competition, you can't compete anymore. Then you ride in the pasture, and you knock down a barrel you have to start all over again. That is extremely frustrating when you reach the last level when there is about 8 billion barrels to go around.
And when you feed the horses ( only apples and carrots) it just sort of... disapears. Also, when your person is standing, she shuffles around like she has to pee. Anyway, you can only have one horse, and you can't rename it. Donot waste your money on this.

I got this and was highly dissapointed. All you can do is barrel race, you can not ride on ANY trails, and the person looks goofy!
Dont waste your money on this game!!

I loved this game for 5 minutes or so, then I felt like I wasted $20.00! What a rip-off! This games stinks! DON'T BUY IT! (at least this version of the game) GRRRRRRRRRRRRR P.S. I'm 14.

This game is not even worth the $5 I paid for it. All you do is run around barrels. It's boring, the animation stinks, and overall it's just a horrible game. I got this for my kid sister for her birthday and the both of us, horse lovers and horse computer game lovers, could not have been more disappointed. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! HORRRRRIBBLLLLEEE NIGHTMAREEEEE!

What can I say about this game............well I can start out by saying that it is a rip-off. I think a game like this is worth only $5 instead of $20! This is because like all the other Let's Ride games, the advertisements exagerate WAY TOO MUCH! Let's see....on the add it says: "Meet your horse's every need. Learn your way around the stable as you groom, feed, and spoil your new best friend." Let me tell ya, the only thing you can do to care for your horse is to groom it and feed it an apple. THAT'S IT. Hmmmm...."Practice hard to make it to the toughest competitions and win the title of National Champion" Well I guess that's the most rip-off part of the game is that there is only 12 competitions (which were really easy, even for an English-riding 13 year old) and then you are done with the game! Oh, and then you can ride in 10 little courses in the pasture. I have to admit the riding is kindov cool (that's why I gave the game a 2 star fun rating) BUT THAT'S IT. That's all you can do in this game. I bought this game, brought it home, played for 20 minutes, and had gotten done with everything. EVERYTHING. And I had never even played any kind of western riding game before! And this game only comes with 1 game, unlike the other Let's Ride! games. Speaking of the other Let's Ride games, I would recommend you buy one of those instead of this. I have both and you know what? They both each have 3 games inside them and THEY ARE THE SAME PRICE AS THIS RIP-OFF GAME!!!!! AND those games are fun as well as challenging. SO in conclusion, don't buy this game, go and get a good deal out of Let's Ride! The Rosemond Hill Collection OR Let's Ride! Champions Collection.
