"Dogone Great"

Dog's Life is amazing. You can really do whatever you want as a dog. Chase chickens, scare the mailman, jump on cars, basically anything. Playing as different breeds of dogs are awesome. I'm pretty sure Jake's an American Foxhound. Anyway, the worlds are amazing. They are very detailed. The graphics could be so much better, but they're good enough. Sometimes I walk through people. Try to find this game used somewhere. Everyone will find a way to like this game, whether they like animals or not.
My only concern with this game is the sound. I don't know if it's my copy or what, but sometimes the characters say things at the wrong time. For example, after Jake got a bath he said "Yuck! I'm Filthy!" Sometimes when I press the bark button he doesn't bark, but his mouth moves. Overall, this game is worth buying.

This is an entertaining game. I bought it for my 2 year old son and ended up playing it more than him. It is very addicting and fun. The mini-games and challenges are fun, but even just running around doing your own thing is fun too.

This is one of those games, hard to find, hard to stop playing. It's truly interesting, playing the part of a dog who poops and farts. lol It's not as bad as you might think. Parent's don't worry, it's not a gross game. It's really cute. People of all ages will love being man's best friend, if only in a game. ;)

Dog's life takes you into the life of a dog named Jake. Jake is trying to get Daisy, the girl dog on his home farm to fall in love with him, when she gets dog-napped. Jake is on a mission to save Daisy and all the other dogs that were stolen. During the game, Jake gets the help from over 25 different dogs.

The graphics aren't very smooth, espically on the people, but the game and has a great story, and is pretty funny. It is an absolute must have for any Dog lover and video game fan!!!

Let me say I hate it that this game is out of print.. I've talked to the creators of the game begging them for a sequel.. A CAT'S LIFE but they didn't make enough money off this title to demand a sequel.. it's a crying shame this game was awesome..

So if you can please find it used somewhere it's worth it..

It's one of the best games I've bought.. it's very entertaining and replay value is awesome.. I've replayed the entire game at least 6 times..

And remember if you're anywhere near a radio in the game.. just sit and listen to it until it finally loops.. at some points the radio will continue it's crazy dialog and jokes for close to 30 minutes or more!

Just remember make sure it's actually looping stuff you've already heard..

The graphics are also REALLY COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL, once you start playing-you cant STOP!

What happens is: Your Jake, this really smelly dog, you have this crush on another dog but she gets dognapped, its up to you to save her aswell as help other people on your way.
I couldnt stop playing this game-I already finished-but you can still play once you are finished.

This game is fun for everyone. Dogs life is fun and exciting. You get to explore around like a dog in three huge levels Clarksville, The Alps, and Boomcity. Your objective is to find and save Daisy, because she has been dognapped by two guys working for miss Peaches for some mysterious reason. You also have to collect bones to get respect from other dogs. To earn bones you can do various tasks for people. Smellovision is fun too. Smellovision lets you collect sents and smells. Some smells offers you to race againt the neighborhood dog or to get a free bone.
In conclusion Dogs Life is really fun with geat graphics, exciting story line, and loads of suprises! I would recomend this game for people who really like dogs.

Dog's Life is a great game. I found out about this game in Game Informer and I knew I had to get this game.

You play as Jake the Dog. He is on a rescue mission to find his dog girl friend named Daisy. Jake has to go to three cool places. his home town, Clarksville. Lake Miniwawa, a Ski Resort, and Boom City, a busy city where Daisy was taken

On Jake's journey, he needs the help of all the dogs in these three areas. You can control a bunch of different breeds of dogs in all three areas. Some examples are a German Shepered, Pug, St. Bernard, Doberman, and more!

The Graphics aren't the best, but there not the worst. Jake has a very funny sarcastic attitude and is really cool.

I love this game and I am thirteen years old. i've probablly played this game 3 times. I am a huge Dog lover and to have a Dog game is the best.

I'm 13 and i bought Dog's Life 2 days ago. I played it 4 about 3 hours, and completed it in a day!!! theres not much 2 do when you finish the game, apart from collect smells??? and find bones u mite have missed.
THE TEEN RATING IS COMPLETLY WRONG the worst of this game is the peeing and pooing but honestly, kids get that on saturday morning tv shows!!! the graphics are ok, but not great, and the dog is very lovable.

Gud points:
* you get 2 play as a really cute dog
* you can go wherever you want, no boundaries!!!
* you get 2 pee and poo everywhere (what other game lets you do that!)
* you get 2 chase chickens!!!! hahaha

bad:
* graphics are a bit bricky (the peoples mouths don't move when they speak?????!!!!!)
* how many times does this dog get hungry!!! you have 2 feed it about every 3 seconds!!!!
* very crude humour for younger kids, but apart from that it's a GREAT GAME!!!

i play on Dog's Life all the time and it's y favourite game on the PS2. The game focuses on jake the mongrel who has to save his friend Daisy from Dognappers. The graphics are good on the dog but not people and the musics very annoying, but overall a great game for all gamers!!!
