THE game to own on GBC!

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 12 / 12

Imagine a game where YOU take the lead of either a massive evil army of beasts or an empire of good humans. Wage wars against the humans or beasts. Control knights, goblins, grunts, warriors, human and skeleton archers, wizards and even dragons! The voice samples in this game are simply ear candy and the graphics rule. A must buy for any gamer! -- .......

I think this is the best game for GBC if you are a RTS fan I have ben playing it nonstop for over a week. Basically it is a copy of war craft and/or Age of Kings but with less units, even with les units you dont realy need anyting but Knights and Archers... but calvery would be nice.... At first it may seem too easy but it gets HARD later on ex. killing giant spiders, rescuing wizards with only 2 grunts (grunts can't attack), repelling attacks on your main hall... even though you can only build 3 types of units the MANY different wizards and dragons keep you busy. Once you beat a campaign you think " I'm done" but you still have the other race to play as, plus the army's menu and the wizards will keep you busy ( it seemes that you can never have enough wizards.) also you can fied bonis games will keep you playing like puzles and five card stud. Over all.....BUY IT! It's like having a PC game that you can play any where and keep in you'r pocket!!!!!!!!

Simply put, this the best strategy game on the Game Boy Color. Possibly the best game for the system. It is the only real-time strategy game for the GBC as well. It has a Starcraft feel to it, yet it has it's own feel as well. The control is really good, the graphics look like Zelda DX, but crisper, and the gameplay is extremely fun and addicting. I bought this game and didn't put it down until a got to the 7th mission of 12+(12 or so for each of the two races). If you own a GBC and enjoy games like Starcraft and Warcraft, this is the game for you. I like Starcraft somewhat, but this game is still much funner and better.

What an awseome game!I would definitely reccomend you buy Warlocked! Now,don't get any ideas about players saying the graphics arn't good. That's their opinion, but my opinion is the graphics are awesome!!!You get to control an army of wizards, warriors(knights),archers, and you even get to control goblins(grunts) and make them build you buildings to help your army! There are a total of 26 levels. The first 2 levels prepare you for the other levels,so it's not a hard game to learn how to play, but it's very challenging. My favorite part of the game is getting to control wizards like Windwiz and Necromnancer. Warlocked was one of my first GBC games, and it will always be my favorite!!!

Warcraft for GAMEBOY! (But lots of toothpicks)

This is the best gameboy gameboy game I've ever played. The best way to describe it is to say it's a portable Warcraft. The game is as good as Warcraft II except for 3 things:

1.The graphics aren't great.(It's GAMEBOY) 2.There are no tech trees and only 2 buildings you can build. 3.You tell your units to go left and they go all over the map.

Here's the jist of the game: You're either the humans or the weird beast things. both start with a town hall, which builds little guys which are the same as Peons in Warcraft. With them you build a wide varity of buildings (2) which are barraks and gaurd towers. The guard towers look like they are made of toothpicks and shoot arrows which look like toothpicks, the barraks make men. The men are little guys with something sharp that looks like a toothpick and the other are little guts that shoot arrows that look like toothpicks. You can also get mages and stuff later in the game.

I said it allready but this is the best game on gameboy, just watch out for the toothpicks.

Warlocked is probably the best strategy game that I have ever played. It is probably the best game for Game Boy, good for strategy game veterens, and is easy to learn for beginners. The graphics are excellent. You can even see your units struggle or fight. The music is very entertaining and there are even tons of digital voices. Warlocked has two different sides to play as (humans and Beasts). Each has tons of missions that will keep even the best gamers playing for weeks. There are also wizards that you can find on the battlefield that have powers that can assist you tremendously. In my opinion this a must-have game.

If you loved the RTS games that untill now have only been on the PC, then this is the game for you! It is a mix of War Craft and Age of Empires. You send grunts or goblins to gather resources and use the them to build a force of warriors and archers. There are two campaigns you can choose to play(Beasts or Humans).Throughout the game you will find and rescue wizards that have special powers that will help you as you go along in the campaigns. Overall this is my favorite Game Boy game made ever and I suggest that everyone should get it.

...This game is awsome and my guess is the guy in the last reveiw doesnt know how to play a strategy game. This game has every thing and is a great because it has mini games(poker, and slider) if you get tired of the main game. It would be better with more missions, its still a great game. But you may want to wait and get Wizards which is the sequel to this game, which will be on game boy advance.I cant wait.

There are two sides that you can play on: Queen Azarel's army in which you control human knights, elven archers, and grunts(little humans that do work like mining and chopping down trees,) or Emperor Zog's army which consists of beast warriors (instead of human knights,) skeleton archers (instead of elven archers,) and goblins (instead of grunts.) You can also gather wizards to aid you, and build essential farms to feed your troops. Also, if you find a dragon egg, you can have your troops carry it back to your Main Hall (your base) and it will hatch in about one minute. Even when you beat the game, you will find yourself coming back for more strategic fun.
