My daughter loves this game . I highly recommend this game.

Equally dull and frustrating. Avoid it.

When I played The Urbz: Sims in the city, I was like :Wow. The graphics were fresh, cool soundtrack and excellent controls with an easy-to-handle motive system. I started to grow interested in the Sims and I bought this. I played it and I loved it... not. The graphics were perfect 3/10 material, the sound is... yuck. And the motive system? Always decreasing fastly, millions of motives to take care of at once and death comes to your Sim if they starve. Death does not come to the Urbz, they are wacko but not as wacko as Sims: B.O. That cursor moves awfully slow and the sims are #$%&#&%$#%& frustrating. They can be too tired to sleep, too hungry to eat, too bored to have fun etc. All I am saying is just a simple: DON'T BUY THIS CRAP!!!

Graphics: 3.5- Sloppy and tired, a pity.
Sound: 1.5- Clunky music and crap SFX.
Gameplay: 0.5- God awful.
Replay Value: negative 10- that daydream in the beginning is definetly the best part. Bleh.
Overall: 1.2- No no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no.

Final Verdict: Buy AND die!

These folks in EA really know how to put the "fun" in games. I can't wait to get my hands on this version and have my Sim travel all over town!

This game is an alright game.
If I liked to play it how you were suppost to play it, I'd give this game 5 stars.
But I'm lazy and like to cheat and get millions of dollars, thats why I don't really like this game. It's too hard to start out, furnishing your house takes too much money.
You can't even build a second story, if I had enough money.

Overall this game was great. It had good gameplay, graphics were really good, sounds were good. Creating families were pretty good.

This game has better graphics than the first. it looks more real and promises to be better. the only thing that gets me is that it dosent look like the comuter game. I hope the new graphics dont ruin the sim charm. oh and dont forget to get the last sim expansion pack making magic in october.

This should be good!

The first sims for PS2 wasn't that great and i woukdn't really reccomend it to people though it gave me something to do it was kinda a waste of my 50 bucks. It was really hard to see the objects and the people and Bustin out seems sooo much better I am so excited for it! From what I have seen of this game i would reccomend it to everyone!

The Sims Bustin' Out is an excellent game although I was sceptic at first due to the fact that I am a very loyal to the Sims games on PC. This particular title is very fun and has quite a bit to offer.
If you like the Sims titles and chain of games, I recommend that you try it out, I highly doubt you'll be dissappointed.

i never played the first one but this looks awsome you can actually explore a city now and you control the sim and not a yellow thingy there is also a place where you sleep in chamber and you come out a whole new person. its also got online play!

I bought this thinking it was like the original computer version.
See I haven't played the the Sims on PS2, seeing as both were getting pretty good reviews, i bought Bustin' Out. It was a bad choice, a very bad choice. One goal was to pick up about 13-14 piles of trash, it sounds okay until you see how slow it gets done. The way your Sim walks is really annoying. If your into doing goals, goals, and more goals than get this game.
