My son can't put the game down so as far as I'm concerned it was money well spent. My son is 11.

A well formulated Kirby

I mean, I've played Kirby before. It was alright, and I had fun with it - didn't get over to quick, didn't take too long.

The use of the touchscreen was well thought out, at least it wasn't something general or *too* gimmicky like "Move Kirby's legs with the touch screen!". Mixing items and making lives with little Kirby's work out well.

It's not like I don't recommend this game or anything, it's just, well - you play one Kirby and you've basically play them all (with the exception of the first Kirby DS, Kirby's Tilt 'n Tumble, and others). For my little sister, though, this is her first Kirby game and is having a blast. Overall a good purchase, definatley buy it if you've never played a already-done Kirby game.

My child enjoys this game. So I tried it myself and got hooked on it, too. And I am not a big fan of video games but this is one game I like. Buy it for your child. You'll get your money's worth because you'll end up playing with it, too.

My son absolutely loves this game. He plays it all of the time. He's forgotten all about the other games he got for Christmas and spends hours playing this one.

Kirby and the Squeaks!

Kirby Squeak Squad is a very entertaining title for the Nintendo Ds. Kirby embarks upon his quest when he is about to have snack time (his favorite time) and the Squeaks come and steal Kirby's shortcake. Kirby must then venture off to recover his lost delicious treat. The game has very nice visuals typical of the Kirby game series. The game can be beaten within a week or so playing, however to unlock all the secrets it will take much longer, prolonging the replay value of the title. I would strongly recommend this game, especially to Kirby fans.

My kids got this game after having played it at their grandmas house (she owns a wide veriety of DS games) My oldest son(7) loved it and so they got it. This game is easy enough for my nintendo loving son to play but had to ask for help a few times from me. It is difficult enough that when he asked for help, I was playing the DS for a few hours straight trying to help him progress in the game! (I have always loved kirby - but I dont get much game time in!) I know that my 4 year old and my 7 year old love the game, my 4 year old needs help, but he has fun no matter if he is winning or loosing, I personally have alot of fun playing this game since Kirby is a game that I played back on the original nintendo forever ago.
I am a 27 year old mom of 4, I definitly recommend this game!

It is not a hard game at all and it has the usual kirby game feature- Paint kirby. I like to paint kirby in black~^^
Anyway, another well excuted kirby game. It is a good game to spend time on it.

Dissapointment

This game is kinda fun, but it is very different. First, it's not like canvas curse that you use the DS at it's full capacity. It's a traditional game, which uses the face buttons. The game is good all kirby games are good, but this one is kinda repetitive and it is not as half as fun as the other ones. It has new cool powers like magic, cupid etc. If I would have known that this game was like this I wouldn't have buyed it at the price listed above...

when i saw this on tv i thought it looked cool and decided to get it
so when i got at first i liked it but after i beat in like 45 minutes i was bored with it. i mean sure theres a mix thing but the only powers you can mix is ice with bomb and sword with thunder,ice,or fire and no you dont interact with the enviorment exept destroy grass and dig so nitendo really needs to create something different. But i guess if you never owned a kirby game and want one then fine get it.

Here's my son's review:

This game is fun, but short. However, it is a must for Kirby fans. The playing style is different and changing the enviroment is great. The only thing is, you will beat the game in 1 day.
