i got this from a friend.....who played it and hated it. so he gave it to me cuz i like 50 cent and g-unit. i started to play this game at 3pm and i finished at 7pm, very easy, even on the hardest mode, it is easy. pretty fun though, i just don't like the fact that you can't really walk anywhere....you just have 50's hood and it is very very very small. i like the killing, its hard to get used to the aiming but u evenutally get used to it. u hav to buy his music and his music videos in the game to listen and watch them. and i heard that you can play as eminem or dre.....you don't, u jus play as fifty, thats it...unless theres like a code or something but i doubt it. the graphics are good like u most probably have been hearing. my advice, rent first. see if u would want to buy it or not, i know that now i hav finished, i most probably wont play it again unless im really bored.

Everyonce and a while a game comes along that you wonder why it was made. Well, I guess you know why its made but can't understand wasting man hours to create a sub par game. I found myself instantly bored of the poor graphics and control. Even fans of this music or genre will wish they never purchased this.
sweet!!!

I bought this game for my boyfriend and from my experience with it its cool but the automatic aim aka the shooting is horrible its hard to know what ur shooting at also the fixed camera messes you up all the time in order to be able to manage the game you would have to turn it off in order to allow the characters to look at what u place them to rather than the system also the tasks are too simple for example one of the task would be kill a kidnapper and the next would be take elevator...take elevator?! the game is decent but not worth as much money as i paid on the good side the killing scenes are good but everything else is sketchy.

This is a good game no doubt, if U are used to GTA games 50 Cent Bulletproof will be easy. Theirs are tons of albums and instrumentals to listen to, all videos to watch although a couple G-Unit videos are missing like Lloyd Banks "On Fire" and "Karma", lots of violence and yes U can play as other characters aside from 50 in the arcade mode including Eminem, Dr. Dre, Bank$, Buck, Yayo and a couple more
Bottom line this game is better than good 5 stars, but if your used to GTA then U will be disappointed, although more violent than GTA the missions are not as long and their isn't many cheats to offer
could have been a classic

Okay...this is a review, not a g-unit bash commentary. Unlike some people, I have the b@lls to say that I actually do enjoy some of 50's music. Though not without his issues(you all know what I mean), he is an interesting person. This game was obviously a companion piece to his get rich or die trying movie. Universal kind of dropped the ball on this one. It's not a terrible game, but it reeks of a rushed product. In game graphics are good, but the cinemas seem kinda washed out. The music, well, it's all g-unit so you'll either hate it or love it(ha!).I personally thought that some of the game exclusive tracks were better than his released stuff. Now, the gameplay.....Have you ever been stuck in the mud with some heavy ass boots on? That is a good description of the controls. Why is 50 so slow? The targeting is not as bad as everyone says. Of course its going to be hard to get a head shot. Do you really think anyone can get off a perfect shot everytime? Surprisingly well written story. The "overkills" are by far one of the coolest things I've seen in a while. Think Dead to rights, but much more graphic. Voice acting varies from decent to hilarious. Our friend Marshall Mathers is funny as hell as the crooked cop. Anyway, yeah I bought the game, I liked it. I'm just saying that it could have been so much more. All games can't be Halo after all.

the first time i heard of bulletproof: i thought it would be one of the best game in december 2005, but when i played(for xbox)i was really disappointed(it didn't came out on the PC). first the graphics: 50 is the best looking character in the game, then the rest of g-unit, dr dre and eminem. the bad guys look bad, but the terrain is awful. especially in very dark area's. Second the Ai: the bad guys ai is ok, but your friends are really dump if you look how they act, plus they cant die. third: the story - it's just boring and not interesting, in the begin you get the nine shots. but with that rescue mission i think you get more then nine shots. The rest is ok.
So, 2 ways to improve the game
1: make a GTA-style game. make a realistice new york and let the story play in 1999 or 2000. so that means: no g unit clothing or advertises, just what was in that year: The chronic 2001 or B.I.G. or 2pac and more.
2: a bit the same game, but you can switch between the characters (like ghost recon).
And it must also come out on the PC. very important!!

If you're into games with gameplay much like Truecrime: Streets of LA, you might. And I do mean, MIGHT. Like this game. But nearly everywhere you turn in this thing it's him plugging his vitamin water or music or just trying to show that he is some type of god because he can rap. This whole game is just cashing even more in on his fame. Totally lame. It's like just showing off everything and anything he can in this game. Eminem was hilarious in the game though. He won this game an extra star in the fun rating in this review.
If you want a better game that is cheap and somewhat the same concept. Get Truecrime: Streets of LA and put in the Snoopdogg cheat. Then you can play a rapper with no annoying ads about him floating around and actually drive around a fully made map too.
Oh yes, and thank god I rented it rather then buying.

Movies, music and whips are cool but what rapper could pass up starring in his own video game? Enter Hip-Hop most savvy self-marketer of the moment 50 Cent and his pixilated take on the ghetto superhero with guns drawn fantasy, 50 Cent: Bulletproof (Vivendi Universal Games; PS2)
Besides the characters being drawn like steroid abusers injected with the strength of 50 midgets, this game is the typical shoot em' up. Game play isn't exactly intuitive with its aiming system being mediocre at best. Thus, more bullets will do you better than precision. The storyline begins deceptively simple before morphing into a more refined tale of backstabbing and intrigue that can only be answered with heavy artillery as 50 stomps across New York City. Of course, Fitty makes sure to drop plenty of product placement; from his vitaminwater being used to revive health levels to the G-Unit attire all the characters are sure to be wearing. At various times 50 goes on missions with his sidekicks Lloyd Banks (nice with lock picking), Tony Yayo (the TNT layer) and Young Buck (the weapons specialist) but controlling their actions is virtually non-existent. Eminem's take as a sheisty cop is entertaining though, as is Dre's turn as a gun happy army vet.
Though the game pales in comparison to its soundtrack (if you rack up enough dough on missions you can purchase the entire G-Unit music catalog to be played while your gunning down your foes), it is worthy of plenty of hours of play. Shooting up your enemies with a cadre of weapons is tough to get wrong. However, Bulletproof falls a couple of hollow tip clips short of classic game status.
