This was my first dreamcast game and I love it! It is cel shaded and true to the cartoon (which I watched religiously when it was on on cartoon network). If ya don't have this game (and like racers) buy it. There are so many levels, ways to play the levels, racers, and weapons that the sweat on your hands will have melted the controller into one analog stick! And the graphics and voiceovers are great to. Buy it!
