This came was pretty cool! It does have bad graphics and control, but i like it alot! its a lot of fun. I like the racing part. I would reccomend this game for ages 8 and up. It does get frustrating at times, but i think it was fun. Its great for a rainy day!

I recently read a review entitled "bad for all ages". The reviewer said that he was a kid, so you should believe him. Well, I'm a kid, too. So listen up! This game is great! It is not "a lousy piece of junk". It's challenging and fun! The reviewer did not even tell why they hated it. Well, I think that this game is enjoyable for all ages. There is no violence, blood, or gore. There are tons of little games inside the main game. My dad and I enjoy playing the multi-player games, such as golf, or racing. I highly recommend buying this game.

Okay, you people are probably thinking that I'm an adult and that this is a kid's game and there's no wonder I hate it.WRONG! I played this game when I was 9 years old and I hated it. It has horrible control, horrible graphics, and the mini-games aren't fun! This game is too frustrating for a kid! It's completely boring and not fun at all. This isn't even worth renting!Since this is supposed to be a kids game and I'M A KID listen to what I just said. Most KIDS will even hate it!

Reasonably fun without being too complicated

The best thing this game has going for it is the gameplay options. Whether you choose to join in the "Search for Dil" or just play ala cart through the Multiplayer option, you can pretty much pick and choose what kind of game you want to play and how challenging you want it to be. Mini-golf, treasure hunt, race cars, farm animal round up and milk squirting targets are just a few. My five year old niece (who's never play vid games before) figured out miniature gold and the animal round up fairly quickly. The three year old did best on the game where you just run around and pick up treasure. But at least there was something for each of them, and best yet, a fair number of games that they could play in dual player mode.

Another nice thing for small children is the movie set way they deal with you falling off a cliff or being caught by Reptar -- you cut to a scene of your character falling on a mattress and a director yelling "cut!" or some such thing.

Really young children won't be able to make it through the "Search for Dil" without some help, and older children will be able to make it through within a few days of persistent playing. But since you can just play the individual games to your heart's delight, it isn't too much of a downside.

The real downside to this game is the nasty perspective problems and sometime annoying motion control. If you turn a character around backwards (by pushing up on the controller) they run towards you for a few seconds until the perspective catches up and the camera pans around behind. Consequently you have to try to keep the controller circling with the camera if you want to keep running in a straight line. It's also quite possible to get stuck in a corner and be unable to get out. The other annoying thing is the tendency towards dark corners of play which, when you can't make your character look around, makes you a little too prone to falling off a cliff.

On the whole, a fun, if simplistic, diversion that can work for a wide range of kids.

Real Fun For Kids Even If Your Not A Rugrats Fan!

Though not a big video game player this game is as a matter of fact pretty fun for a kids game. The game is a whole lot better than "Tomb Raider," & "Metal Gear Solid" which you have to spend days playing until the end & have to know every trick in the book. A big Rugrats fan myself I love this & the original game, "Rugrats : Search for Reptar," they invole many small games which are fun & some chanllenging. If your one of those video game freaks who spends their whole day playing games it's a waste of your time & too easy, but if you have little kids & barely ever play your system I reccomend this.

STUPID GAME!

This game is boring and dumb for players of any age. The camera angles are bad and the control is rough. Do not buy this PEICE OF JUNK WASTE OF MONEY! If you have money and can't wait to spend it, then go buy your self lunch. This game is a waste of money.

My kids love Rugrats Studio Tour!

I have kids ages 4, 6 and 8 all who love this game. We've rented it several times and now I'm buying. There are many different "mini" games, so for young children they can play and finish a game in one sitting vs. the more complicated games with various levels. Our house highly reccomends Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica & friends.
