This game is so really lame that I'm wasting my time writing this! Whaterver you do don't by this! And it's 15 hours long.

This is a Great game for Role player, who seek adventure...

Great game and for half the price the game can be your's. I enjoyed it. Now when you play it, it's like FF VIII with all of the people. Enjoy and have fun

In the exact sense of the word, the game cheated me. The suspense built up by the time you finish the third level culminates in one of the most shocking and innovative pieces of plot I have seen to date. What's the problem? The remainder of the plot is a piteous attempt to bring the innovation and tie it onto the "and all was well" ending.

The graphics are amazing, although there is way too much green, and you spent less time in original-looking levels than in the "normal" ones. Nevertheless, from the beginning, they look quite surreal and amazingly life-like. More than that - they are aesthetic. The main character is pretty much non-existent, snce he has no lines, and his only role in the game is to capture monsters. The battle engine offers far too few choices, since upgrading your character's equipment is nonsense (he rarely enters actual combat), and you can't equip your monsters. Therefore, the game's central and only concept is to go through level after level, capturing and merging monsters. There's nothing more to the game. Oh, yes, there are several original parts (you earn money by selling the captured monsters), but they are too few.

Jade Cocoon is a very good game.It is not to long it took me about ten hours to beet.In the begining it is abbious of who the boss of the game is.I enjoyed it very much it is one of the best games of the year.It is kind of like Pokemon expect alot better.

Have to train monsters WELL!

Its a very good game. It has infinet mosters (minions) & gives you the option to merge.But,some of the battles are hard.Over all its a good game.

The graphics were great, but the plot was thin and the game to easy to beat. Reminded me of a higher quality version of the Playstation game Persona, but with better creature creation.

Jade cacoon is probably one of the most fun games u will ever play. Its really cool to merge the monsters and pretty hilarious also. This is a definite buy.Its really cool. You can make the monstors change shape and color and change there states by merging them, to make a super monster.

Clean, good fun!

This game provides you with a brief respite from the melodrama usually found in RPGs, in a story with more than one refreshing twist. It's the story of a boy coming of age and fulfilling his life-long dream... and taking care of his loved ones under unusual circumstances. The voice acting is very good, the music is very adequate, and you get an involving story that will make you care for the characters, much like one of Katsuya Kondoh's movies. Even if it's on the short side, the innocent fairy-tale take on the story, the subtle comedy, and the beautiful visuals should be reason enough to include this game in your library.

By far, JC is the best Playstation game I have ever played. It is my personal favorite game. I am completely in love with the Eternal Corridor. After you have beaten the game, it is accessable to you. It features all new minions that aren't featured in the original game. The storyline is OK, but where this game really shines is the graphics. This game is quite possibly the most detailed playstation game out there graphicwise. The only thing that can match it is probably the Spyro series. As you may know, the greatest feature in gameplay is the ability to merge minions into your own creations. I have one minion with the frame of a bird minion, but the skin of a turtle. It has a lot of the status ailment special attacks. Jade Cocoon is the best playstation game I have ever experienced.
