I've read some of the reviews of this game and the Yugi and Joey game and if all anybody can say is that they get sick of the repetitive dialogue, then you are stretching.
I am in my mid 30's and I simply love these games. All three have their own dueling patterns (actually, I think Joey is the strongest. He switches up a lot and uses a lot of theme decks. He is also the king of powerups and defense, in my opinion).
Kaiba is straight up, a beatdown master. I love playing with him because he enhances his deck when you do and he knows when to play cards like Raigeki and the Blue-Eyes.
And as far as repetitive dialogue, everytime he says "I'll activate my spell card", I get nervous.
great game

Great game. Kaiba talks and is pretty good. Who cares if there is only one druelist. kaiba changes his deck when you change yours. easy way to change your deck and a tutorial to show you combos with cards. it also has 300 new cards and can be used with Yugi the Destiny. it also come with 3 limited edition cards. Blue-eyes white dragon, Seal of the Ancients (pay 1000 life points to pick up and see all face down cards your apponent has on the field), and aqua chorus which isnt that good. great game you should buy it

This is a very good game because it helps a lot for those who don't understand the duel monsters game.
The game graphics are good, the music is OK and the cards in the game have very good effects. It's a shock to suddenly see the Cyber Jar on the field and having all of your monsters destroyed!!
This game helped me to learn a lot and I am a pretty good duelist now. It even includes an update for Yugi The Destiny. The update makes better decisions and makes Yugi even better. Also, if you have both games, you can bring more cards into the game and make Kaiba's Revenge bigger and badder!
I recommend this game to any Yu-Gi-Oh! fan.

When I found out there was a Blue Eyes in this game I had to get it. Why because I have a dragon deck. The game is ok but I was expecting more duelists.
All I Can say is WOW!!!

IT IS REALLY FUN YOU GET TO DUEL KAIBA AND HE PULLS ALL SORTS OF COOL TRICKS. THE DOWNSIDE IS THAT IT GETS IRRITATING WHEN HE SAYS THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OWER AND HE SOMETIMES DOES REALLY DUMB MOVES. THE GRAPHICS ARE AWESOME THOUGH. OVERAL THIS IS A GREAT GAME. I WISH IT HAD MULTYPLAYER IT WOULD BE AWESOME.
A nice addition to the saga

Being a previous fan of Dual Monsters I of course had to check this game out. I do agree with others that posted a review, the repeat of dialogue does get old fast.. but.. nothing that would make me want to stop playing. The interesting thing about this game is that Kaiba will adjust his deck as you upgrade yours. Making him a continual challenge ! This game links with both "Yugi the Destiny" and "Joey the Passion" which is very nice. I can win cards in 'Joey' or 'Yugi' and they show up in the Kaiba version, which makes the headache of building your deck much easier. I highly recommend buying the other 2 versions within the 'power of chaos' series to get the full effect of this game. All 3 in the series offer different features. The main one being that the 'Joey' version allows you to dual against others connected on your network (ie.. only within your house or computers you link together =( .. but still a very nice addition. Also .. 'Joey the Passion' unlike Kaiba , will actually use decks seen on the television show. For example, he used Weeble's deck a couple of times and wooped me pretty good. All in all I give Kiaba the Revenge a 4 out of 5 star rating. 4 stars vs 5 mainly because of the repetition of dialogue and the fact that they should have implemented the online play earlier. Still.. it's worth the purchase.
P.S. If you want to experience the same type of gameplay with an added bonus of being able to play against ALL the popular characters of the show... I recommend Eternal Dualist Soul, or World Wide Edition, the Gameboy Advanced version of this Dual Monsters game.

I've had this game for MONTHS now & still enjoy playing it. I did a review for the first Power of Chaos (Yugi the Destiny) & believe it was great for newbies. This game is a definite improvement & continuation of the first. There are a ton of new cards & I've learned the fine art of putting together different types of decks. My son (who I mention in my other review) loves Exodia, so he always plays that deck. I pretty much play with all the decks I've created. The A.I. is still not too hard, I've been beating Kaiba steadily since our first duel. So again any experienced duelist will have no problems with this game. But experimenting with different cards & putting together new decks is fun. Of course just like Yugi, Kaiba says the same phrases over & over so it will get annoying. (turn the sound off) But overall I enjoy this game & believe that anyone looking to learn how to play Yu-Gi-Oh but doesn't have the time or money to put into buying tons of cards, should start here. Or at least start with the Yugi version & continue here. I'm definitely going to get the Joey version.
