Love this game!!!

I'm sorry but I love this game. I am a huge fan of tennis console games, but there have been a lack of good ones lately. I had seen this game on the shelf over and over again, but never thought that a ping pong game would be any good.

Fortunately, a friend of mine got me this for xmas, and haven't been able to put it down since. It has a really great learning curve, there aren't too many fancy button combos to figure out, which is fun if you want friends to come over and just pick it up and play.

I just got a new hd tv and this game looks flawless. The characters have really cool personalities that come through the screen. Each one has a distinct style, and it looks like the developers spent time on the character modeling.

Was a bit disppointed that you aren't able to create you own character model, but i suppose they put those energies into refining how great the core players look.

There are neat additions like as the gameplay progresses, your character even starts to sweat, and their facial expressions change.

The venues are really campy and fun.

The tournament play can get a bit repetitive, but for overall fun, graphics, and easy to pick up and play with friends when they come over, I rated this a 5! And for the current price less than $30, I'd say this is one of the best buys out there!

This games seems like it would suck. But really, it's pretty fun. The graphics on this game are amazing! It's really fun online. If you are thinking about getting the game rent it first and see how you like it. This game should be checked out by everyone atlest.

I would have never thought a game based on table tennis would be exciting. Now I feel as though I am actually playing. This game is incredibly addictive and brings back a simpleness in games I haven't seen in a long long time. I have become unhappy with video games the past couple years. Some are just so intricate they forget about the fun factor. This game is as fun as it gets.

Fun? Maybe. Longevity? No.

This game has received alot of hype regarding the gameplay and fun factor. I was disappointed after playing the game...

1) The controls are basic (left spin, right spin, top spin, back spin). It doesnt feel like you have much control over your character...moving them is sluggish and non-responsive at times.

2) No create-a-player or story mode, just repetitive gameplay.

3) Online is too basic (again, created players would have helped here...)

I think this qualifies as one of those games that is fun to play for about a day...then the novelty wears off.

I CAN DESCRIBE THIS GAME IN THREE WORDS "THIS GAME IS TIGHT". ME AND MY FRIENDS CAN PLAY THIS GAME FOR HOURS. WE HAVE SO MUCH FUN JUST WACKIN THE BALL AND TRYING TO SMASH ON EACH OTHER. THE MUSIC IS A DEFINATE BONUS TO THE GAME. THIS GAME IS GREAT FOR MULTIPLAYER GAMES WHEN A GROUP OF FRIENDS GET TOGETHER.

This is a surprisingly good and detailed game. Nice graphics and presentation. Quite intricate in some ways. The ultimate Pong one could say.

At the same time, you are playing table tennis, and it just all feels a bit meaningless. You are not saving the world, winning the world's greatest trophy, improving someone's love life, or anything else of similar importance. It all feels a bit empty. I constantly have this feeling that while playing the game, I should really be playing something more meaningful. It seems like a complete waste of time to improve your ping pong skills. Maybe it is just me, but the game feels odd. Nevertheless, I keep playing it.

It is interesting to see this game coming from Rockstar Games. I would have never predicted that (and neither would anyone else I am willing to bet). But I guess that's Rockstar: Always good for a surprise...

this game look nice but the game play get tiresome and a little hard for non veteran player. plying on line is a experience .as a solo very good sport game I been waiting for this kind of game since I start playing games 12 years ago.recomended

I mean, I love GOW and COD3, etc. but sometimes I enjoy playing this game too..it is a nice game for the 360

WHAT IS THIS?!? PING-PONG!
Even though this game may seem bland and boring, it is not. This game is very addicting and can keep me playing for hours.
Even though it may not seem fun, this game is. The graphics define the Xbox 360 and are just beautiful. Each of the players plays in its own way, and each character represents a different country.
This game has a great replay value, but the campaign mode is a bit short. It can be beaten rather quickly, but the online mode makes up for that.
In conclusion, this game is a FUN game. I am glad I bought it, and you should buy it too.
