...for about 3.5 hours, then I just tossed it in the back ofmy closet, please, I beg you, for the human race, this game isn'tworth [the price], it's not even worth it if it was for free! The graphics and gameplay are old (1993 style), puzzles are difficult and also a sad introduction to the game!

The 7th Guest has a good premise, but the inability to escape out of boring (and useless) dialog is almost enough to make me cry in frustration. The games are fun enough, but it takes so long to get through the introductory chatter (which replays every time you need to start a particular game over to get it right) that it's almost not worth it.

I Played this game when it first came out. I was usually an "action" gamer, but this game got me addicted trying to solve those damn puzzles for hours. The good part was finding out what was going to happen next. I just bought the sequal. I hope its as good or better than the first.

To be honest this game is boaring to me. It's not creapy, I guess in its day it was scary, but not by today's standard baby!
I bought this game and 11th hour at the local dollar store. It looked creapy but it wasnt. The only thing that was enjoyable about this game was the puzzles, they are very puzzling, and you'll be obsest with trying to solve them, my faverite was lining up the queens on the chess board. But its not scary, if you want scary buy Cleave Barker's Undying.

Amazing puzzles. I used a walkthrough, so some were very easy. They kinda made up for others. After going through all but the last two, I realized that I needed to start again and complete each puzzle successfully in order to reach the last two puzzles. After so many attempts on a puzzle, it no longer allows you access, successful or not. So I did a save before each puzzle, in case it took me more attempts than the game thought was necessary. What a challenger. Hope the 11th Hour is as good. Good graphics, color, audio.

The game was pretty fun, better than the shoot-them-up type of games. However this is not a deaf or hard-of-hearing friendly game. I was able to muddle through most of the puzzles by luck, intution, and help from the clue book. I would have enjoyed it more if the dialougue and the hints would have been written down on the screen. But so far I am enjoying it

The game is intriguing enough. The story doesn't evolve to my tastes, it's a pile of clues, and that can be fun but I found it kind of stagnant. The game has a sense of humor, and it's also kind of wierd. But that dang music! What is most frightening about it for me, is that I could not get those sounds out of my head for a long, LONG, L---O---N---G time.

The 7th Guest is one of the best games of all time, considering it was one of the first on CD-Rom.

Walk around the mansion of a mad toy maker, solving puzzles. This game is fun! The 3D rooms are very realistic and there's a great storyline too.

Also check out the sequel "The 11th Hour".

The only thing this game lacked was more development in the graphics and story. Other than that, some of the puzzles made my brain hurt. Seriously, this is one of the better games I have played (I own fifty), buy it you won't be disappointed!
