tho' i did actually managed to build the tower and have the wedding on the roof once it was rather frustrating to play for the most part. what i thought was a game about building a mall/ apt buildting was really all about the elevators. seems the main point of the game was to create a 100 story building with a series of elevators that would take the sims from the parking garage to the roof considering the constraints of how many floors a sim was willing to stay on one elevator and how many times they were willing to change elevators. it was tedious at times but doable.
