In my opinion, the movie was horrible piffle. However, this game displays 'nice' graphics, with no 'blood-letting' so that it is safe for the whole family. That is, unless swordplay is a no-no in your household. There are a huge variety of moves (over a dozen) to use in combat. Many different types of 'power-ups' and weapons to utilize as well. Gameplay is both on the high-seas and land. Nice water graphics (with some specail options for pentium 4 owners). Good soundtrack, and lots of battling 'demons'. This takes up a relatively small amount of hard-drive space, requires very little ram, and plays out in a far more creative way than the movie ever did. Not the greatest pirate adventure I've played, but, if you're into combat, this is a lot of fun, Matey.
