It doesnt work right

I bought bonus mania at best buy and the game never has worked right for me. I have called support and all i got was no help.;I am very unhappy with the game. I have
Reel Deal 1 and 2 and was looking forward to this one. If i have to uninstall and reinstall i will lose all my points i have got Susie

I agree with " Suzie" the game needs fixing,this wasn't expected by me, because other Phantom games in this category, i have enjoyed immensely.For one thing it loads so much more slowly. sometimes at a snail's pace. The worst thing is you can't really control the mouse arrow, you wind up playing games you didn't intend to play. I have yet to reach the menu, in the upper right hand corner. IN fact it is so annoying, i am playing previous phantom and masque games. She is rught, they seem to be out to lunch in supplying help.

I purchased this game as a Christmas present for my mother this year.
I bought it in advance in the beginning of November. As we tried to download it on her computer X-mas morning, we realized that the software was defective
IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!! We have sinced consulted several people who are knowledgeable and all say it is the software that is the problem. Since I purchased it so far in advace, I can not get any type of refund...JUST SAY NO NO TO THIS GAME!!!!

After purchasing this software, I was unable to install it on my computer because of a fatal error. I have tried unsuccessfully twice to contact the software manufacturer Phantom FX to get replacement CD's. Needless to say, I have no idea if this is a fun game to play or not.

This program did not work on my system. It was installed three times and had the tech support helping. Program never functioned. I would say be very weary of this program. I have enjoyed all the other Reel Deal Slots games with no problems. This one was a TRUE disappointment.

Would not load had to send disc's back. Now it keeps freezing up and you lose everything from that session. would not recommend this game. Also tech person was very rude.

Works great on my Daughters XP. Will not work at all on my windows vista! To play I have to go to her house & use her computer. Not happy with that. I really bought it for me not her.
