I purchased this game for me and my children and we did not find it fun at all. We've enjoyed numerous platform games, but this one does not have much to offer. Monotonous and mundane...I would look elsewhere for an enjoyable video game...spongebob "battle" is HORRIBLE!

True, I have only played it in department stores while waiting on my parents to shop around but this game is a must have for anyone that owns an Xbox. Especially SpongeBob fans!

If you are a Sponge Bob fan then you should get this game. This game has alright graphics and nice game play. There are three characters to chose from and a lot of levels to explore. And this game is only for 40.00.

This game is a sad shell of an even worse tv show. All you do is play a Spongebob (what kind of name is that, anyway?) and friends to stop the "evil" plankton (who is 1/10 your size)from taking over Bikini Bottom. This includes you doing simple puzzles and figuring out useless plot elements. Overall, the game has bad gameplay, bad controls, PS2-ish graphics, and a horrible plot trying to connect with the tv show.

Some people obviously have biased opinions regarding this game. Bottom line is, if you are a fan of platformers or the SpongeBob show, you will love this game. There is so much humor and great gameplay in here! If you like playing RPGs, then you should go be a wizard instead. graphics - 9, gameplay - 9, sound - 10, replayability - 9. the scores say it all.

This game is mezmerizing. It's easy enough for our 4 year old to play, and challenging enough for our 12 year old. It's great entertainment for the whole family!

SPONGEBOB: THE BATTLE FOR BIKINI BOTTOM(XBOX)...Apparently there are some people that have never seen the show or played the game and feel compelled to give this game bad reviews. Well let me say it is undeserved. This game is TRULY FANTASTIC. There is beautiful scenery and it's easy enough for the little ones to play, not to mention it's extremely fun. I'm 36 and find it lots of fun. It's not marketed for adults but, if you have kids, you'll sneak in a few minutes here and there, I guarantee it.
The colors are sharp and crisp. The frame-rate is perfect, not a lick of slow-down. It has a neat 3-D look to it(it's cool seeing a 3 Dimensional SpongeBob). My only complaint is it's only for 1 player. They fell way short on that aspect. However, it's teaching my two kids to take turns and they are doing a great job at it. So I give it back the star I deducted.
Overall, this game is great for kids of all ages and I highly recommend it.

Spongebob is awesome. It is a really fun game that is actually fun for little kids to play while you're playing Halo on another TV. The game has a lot of eye candy, and funny sounds and attacks. I don't get the whole "get golden spatula" thing. There should have been better things to get. Also there should have been split screen multiplayer...because multiplayer spongebob always equals fun.

This game is fun and excellent. Though there is a lot of yappin'
which is annoying! Other than that, you get to fight robots,throw
watermellons, you can bunge jump, and more! You don't have to be a fan of Sponge Bob to enjoy this game. So put together in a few words, PLAY IT IF YOU HAVEN'T!!!
