Better than Crash Bandicoot Racing anyday of the week!~

Awesome game with incredible graphics and movies. Crash Team Racing doesn't even compare. Crash's graphics are too cartoony and childish. Chocobo Racing is for those ready to move on to the next step. More challeging that Crash too. Keeps you wanting to play more, and on the edge of your seat. Has a story line, characters, and secrets. A must buy for fans of the Final Fantasy series. Game complete with soundtracks from the series. Again a must have!~

I have played this game for 4 or 5 months now and even though I have never played a Final Fantasy game, this game is excellent!! It has very good music and the characters are even excellent! The tracks are challenging and is far better than CTR Racing. 1 of the hidden characters is even faster than even your edited racers even you get the 100 points in Story Mode. All in all, this is a very good game to try out, or buy if you can find it.

A great game.The graphics aren't the best,but the music makes up for that. The chartors are cute. The White Mage's outfit is sort of a rip of from FF4 and the Black Mage looks(or reminds me of)like a very cubby Vivi(from FF9(the best RPG EVER!) But the game is gret and all that.

This is a Great game What is really cool abut it is if you beat the story mode more than once you will get more levels.

Don't be fooled by this game's cover within the somewhat "kiddie" storyline, C.R. can easily be picked up.Cons won't have long to adjust to fun filled tracks scattered with magic stones which enable you to use an ability of some sort to get ahead.some may seem a bit complex like Vulcan O Valley which is littered with hazards and lava.(scorched racer anyone?)But then the characthers each has his/her unique technique and personality.With a selection of 8, choose a characther and technique then head to either a one-on-one with the computer or a pal, race against the other 7 in Grand Prix, read a book with racing inside in the Story mode or go against the computer/friend on relay race.In my opinion its one of those really fun, ingenius games ever to grace the psx.You might not think so, but give it a whirl.Then you'll see how cool it can get.

This game is by fare the best game I have ever experienced! Although a little older like Final Fantasy 7, it is still really really sweet.

Its a fantasy racing game where you area chocobo! At first I was reluctant to buy it, thinking it was a little kids game, but am I glad I did!

By faaar it beats my other games I own in gameplay, story, and it makes me want to play it nonstop! I could barely put it down to write this review. I couldnt get that with any other of my games I own including valian, valkyrie, final fantasy 7, final fantasy 12, final fantasy tactics, san andreas, and scarface!

Chocobo Racing is a pretty good racing game it is about the same type of game as Mario Kart or Diddy Kong Racing. It's very fun with the story mode and all but with all the magic spells and special powers it takes away from the racing element of the game and turns it into a battle.

If you enjoyed chocobo racing in Final Fantasy VII, or if you like cuteness, this racing game is for you! The characters are all very adorable (and may be familiar to fans of the Final Fantasy series), but the game is also a lot of fun for groups.

- The graphics are about average in the racing, to above average in the movies.
- The controls are responsive and adequate.
- The game is well-balanced, with easy modes for less experienced players, and hard modes. The story mode is a little cheesy, but fun nonetheless.
- The music and sounds blend in with the game well.
- You can get this game very cheap, compared to other racing games.
- It is a lot of fun to race against other players (unfortunately, more than 2 human players are not supported), but the AI of the game is also challenging.

The characters are cute and it is fun playing for all ages. It can be quite addictive. There are short cuts to beat the other players but you will have to discover them yourself.
